Jollibee

Fried chickens were crispy and juicy; and those were tasted different than other brands’ fried chickens. I like Jollibee ones better. Palabok was good too. Pineapple juice surprised me. I felt I didn’t see the whole menu of the store, because I saw others eating things were not shown on the menu board. I hope the place could be bigger so we can get seats easier next time.

We ordered bucket of 10 with 8 rice for pick up. Bag was sealed so I did not bother to open it assuming they ensure everything was complete. Unfortunately they missed 3 rice. We only received 5 rice instead of 8. It was not busy when I arrived to pick up. Tried to call them but nobody answers. So disappointing.

I had an amazing experience at Jollibee at Billy Bishop, thanks to Mary and Bella. I have some dietary restrictions and they were incredibly helpful and understanding. They replaced my meal without any fuss, humbly and calmly listening to my concerns and providing a perfect solution. Even though the mistake was mine for not being aware of the menu options, they were so nice and accommodating. Their excellent customer service made my visit truly enjoyable. There’s nothing wrong with services and such, we can only sympathize that it’s chaotic working at a fast food place. But that doesn’t mean the quality of the food should be affected.nWhen you set or crank that heat up when frying a chicken for less than the specific amount of time. It’ll be raw inside and crispy outside.nThe lack of care and food inspection is not acceptable.nFor future customers, be advised to check the chicken you’re eating.

I love their chicken joy and spaghetti Filipino style. Peach mango pie is a good dessert too.
