Burger King

The absolute worst. Been going to this location for years and this is the bk I always go to. Not anymore with a lady named Deborah who says she’s the manager but is rude and has attitude at the drive thru window and I will be submitting a complaint to head office. This isn’t the first time and I been always coming at the same time of course for people who work night shift and get the whopper Wednesday deal that I always get . I get It is Thursday morning but they do honour it till 5am and always do when I come but Deborah finds it funny and laughs and has and gives attitude and tells me it ended at midnight when like I said always been getting it for years when I always come at the same time. She clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing and needs better training and as a manager? Unprofessional.

I had a terrible experience at the Burger King on 940 Lawrence Ave West. The food was cold and clearly not fresh — the fries were soggy and stale, and the burger bun was hard and dry. It honestly tasted like it had been sitting out for way too long. On top of that, the service was slow and the staff didn’t seem to care about the quality of what they were serving. For a big chain like Burger King, I expect at least a hot, decent meal, but this location completely failed. Definitely not somewhere I’d recommend. Yesterday as well I order again from this damn location for my kids and they didn't add there fries it's just horrible service with this location.This location is absolutely unacceptable. My order has been wrong multiple times, and this time was no different. When I called to address it, the staff was rude, dismissive, and then hung up on me. That is beyond disrespectful. If you can’t get orders right and can’t treat customers properly, you shouldn’t be working in customer service. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this location to anyone.

No wait in line, fresh fries and burgers. The fries were nice and full and the restaraunt was well stocked and clean. Bathrooms were clean. The staff was quick and the manager was super friendly and polite. You can tell the people enjoyed working here and very customer oriented. Wonderful experience.

The staff was friendly and the service was fast. The food arrive hot and good new fries. The company downsize the drinking cup now. Even the worker was confused and both cup looks like a small. This location BK is 24/7, we come here late at night, sometimes 3am and the service is good still.

It was my first time having lunch in this branch , staff was nice , service was good and fast , food was awesome and hot , i got quarter pounder king and big fish sandwish and both of them were great . Also restaurant was very clean . I really do appreciate the manager and staff .
