Johnson Insurance

I was with Johnson for 20years. Had a hard time with covid. They chewed me up and spit me out so fast. Do not use this insurance company. They are horrible people. Will not work with you Can't wait for the generic.. "were sorry please give us a call and we'll be happy to discuss your account".

This review is for all everyone new to Canada, especially Ukrainians! Don't do business with this guys. They will charge you at least 3 times more than a decent insurance. If by chance you already insured with them, cancel, pay the cancelation fee, and you still save lots of cash. This place is garbage, should be closed down after paying back all the newcomers they scammed. Just go down the road to Millennium. Best rates ever and no headache. Millenium is the Best!

Johnsons unifund loves to take peoples money but then when it's time for some help or compassion you'll be left with neither. I've only been with a few insurance companies in my life and this company is the worst of them, spend your money elsewhere. If you need proof look at their Google reviews or better business bureau reviews and complaints page. Canceled 4 vehicles and home owners insurance with this company steer clear.

Probably the worst costumer service I have ever experienced They don’t contact you about any problems or anything to do with insurance A banking mistake was made and they had on file that banking info was incorrect but didn’t think to email me or call me just tried to cancel my insurance after like 5 hours in the phone finally got banking info right and decided to let me keep my insurance Then claims is almost worse not one single call about my claim and in order to get ahold of the I have to call and sit on phone for hours ! Had a rental since my vehicle was in the shop Johnson sent my rental company a message on Jan 11 claiming that they won’t pay past December 31st making me responsible for the 11 days past that I had the rental! Without giving me notice or anything about my rental coming to an end ! STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY IF POSSIBLE

My car got totalled. The guy that did it accepted blame. It has been over 2 months and my insurance company, Johnson, is still giving me the run around. I have no car and no money. Everyone I have had to deal with has been rude and short with me. I have been patient, and I am understanding that there is a process to follow. But they sent my cheque to the wrong address and it is being returned to them. There is nothing they can do.... They tell me..... They did nothing wrong! I have no car and no ability to get another one! Worst people ever to treat a victim, that is also their customer, as a worthless piece of garbage.

The only insurance company who gave me a chance in regards to my previous unfair insurance cancellation. They have a great customer service and I pay my insurance premiums annually for convenience.
