We had insurance with Matheson until they just decided to change our rate on us multiple times then when going to cancel they said we owed them a bunch of money which was all lies.

We are with them since 2012, changed cars, added house insurance and even had car stolen, they were always very responsive and helpful. I am wondering why our experience vary so much from others, so I thought I would balance it out a little. Also, we had done quote comparisons with some major providers and nobody was able to beat the price.

Good experience! The lady whom got me my insurance policy was very nice and helpful! Glad i chose to switch to them!

Terrible experience. Very poor service. Unexplicably I am paying more than what was stated in my written quote, with no changes to coverage. It took months to get a copy of my actual policy. I'm also being charged undisclosed "service fees" which is a misnomer because my questions about my policy, including why I am paying more than what I was quoted, have been ignored for six weeks. No service once they get your policy. Disappointed. AMA sent me here for commercial insurance.
