Good agency run by Elaine and the girls. I've been doing with this firm since I moved into Sherwood Park 20 years ago and I find Elaine and before her- Peter) to be very approachable and knowledgeable concerning my business and personal insurance needs. 4/5 as I hate paying for insurance but the people within this company have served me well. Actuarial rates change year-by-year but that is up to us as clients to compare industry standards to try and save our money for paying off the tax man. Blahhh to them too.

Awesome service from Brittany! She is an awesome broker and I go to her with all of my insurance issues or needs. She always helps and is so pleasant to deal with. The premiums are great as well, seeing as this is the first time getting insurance under my name (had it under my moms name for years). Would recommend this company to all of my friends and anyone asking for great vehicle insurance. 5 star service and it shows!

The worst customer service I've ever encountered. Woman didn't even know what she was doing, gave me wrong quote after wrong quote, no manager or supervisor in the building. Would not recxomend this place at all!

Called them for an insurance quote on August 2nd, 2016 -- house and two cars. Answered a bunch of questions, as usual. All seemed well and was told I'd get a call back the NEXT DAY once some numbers were run. Low and behold, I didn't get a call back. I guess they have enough clients, so I wouldn't waste your time calling them. Either that, or they are super disorganized and cannot keep track of whom they speak to. If that is the case, it is indicative of their quality and I'd steer clear.
