AWESOME experience!!! You can tell it’s a very “mom and pop” shop, but their food is among the best I have ever had. Service was absolutely top notch. Truly a wonderful place for a night out.

Easily my new favorite restaurant! I've been here twice now and both times have been fully impressed with the elegant food and complex cocktails, both of which change seasonally. The drinks were smooth and multi-layered. The Negroni was the best of it's kind that I've probably ever sampled (and I'm not a typical fan of gin). Every dish from appetizers to main course to side dish to dessert were well balanced and absolutely phenominal. The only downside, which I'm sure you've read, is that it is a bit smaller venue but this is an advantage in that attention can be applied to the details of the experience. The patio in the summer is fantastic and opens up the space some. In the winter you may be placed a bit closer to your neighbors but this did not impact our evening. I fully suggest this place! Reservations needed at least a few days in advance.

The staff was very good, the food was excellent, the prices were about what I expected, but the ambiance leaves quite a bit to be desired. The space available is rather small so adjacent tables don't have much space between them, thus you may find yourself talking over a neighboring table's conversation - not what you would expect from a fine dining restaurant. The space could use some updating on the dated decor too. They have a lovely, covered outdoor space with about 10 tables, but it faces out to a fairly high-traffic St. Paul avenue, so not the best of patio views. The owner, Joan, was even on hand to ask us about our meal, a nice personal touch which shows she's very involved.

Great atmosphere. Warm and welcoming. Excellent service, wine and food. I had the eight ounce stake and it was cooked exactly the way I wanted it

Make a reservation and be ready to sit extremely close to your neighbors and have good conversations. Price: About $020 for 2 drinks, 2 apps, and 2 main dishes. Food: Extremely great Service: Good. Honestly, there is so much more on the menu that I want to try. This place is definitely one that I will return to.
