I've been to Ras many times. I have also tried all the other Ethiopian restaurants in the twin cities. Ras holds the most authenticity when it comes to the food and the ambiance. It has s very real feel to it like you are actually in Africa while you eat. This seems to be the general feeling of most local Ethiopian Americans as well. They have Ethiopian photography on the walls and play beautiful Ethiopian music. Such a cool place! The food is phenomenal. I always end up back here. It's the best Ethiopian in the twin cities.
