Jimmy John's

The food is good but I don't go to the 13 th street store in Ames much any more. They are getting slower all the time. About 6 people working, no one in the store and one car in front of me. I waited 10 minutes for my sandwich. The drive through driveway situation is worst I have ever seen. Only room for 2 cars from the speaker to the frontage road. More than that and you're blocking traffic. It's dumb.

Asked for oil and vinegar on the side since I don't ever eat the whole sandwich in one sitting. Was told they couldn't so that! Not happy won't order again cause it's not worth it.

Friendly staff here. There was a small wait for out subs due to being out of the French bread, but they offered another option. The wait was worth it.

I'm a over the road truck driver. I was at the rest area just 5.7 miles north of ames going south. I called Jimmy John's they would not deliver to the rest area because I didn't have a address. I guess truck drivers can't get delivery we have to do with out. I'll never eat at a Jimmy John's again!!!
