Panda Express

Out of Noodles. Out of Shanghai Steak. Out of pretty much everything I want. Chicken was cold. Fried rice was partially white rice. Only 2 cooks, 1 drive thru attendant, and 1 cashier. Who was obviously new and in need of more training. Bottled water was barely cold and lastly I found a hair in my chicken. I love Panda Express but this place needs to get it's act together.

Worst EXPRESS ever. Never have enough help, always out of food, wait in line for 30 minutes with nobody in front of you.

I do like the food whenever it is available. Good food. But, they are a very slow business. Always understaffed, food is always missing, no one greets you, you find yourself just standing around waiting for something to happen or fall from the sky.

Yikes! Who is managing this location? Third time in a row this location has been unable to fill my order. 20 minutes after opening on a Sunday and no steamed white rice?? The restaurant wasn't busy... Just grossly unprepared for a shift (seems to be a pattern here). Half of the time I am pleased with the customer service, and half the time I am appalled. It seems as if the staff also experiences frustration with lack of appropriate management. Despite the great food and assumed quick service, this location gets a D- across the board. People will still frequent the location, I'm sure, but it won't be for any other reason than you're accessible and sometimes have the food on hand that customers want. This could be a promising business but until someone starts managing the supply and the staff, I'll have to take my business elsewhere. One of the worst experiences I have had with fast food locations in awhile.

Told one Saturday afternoon the drive thru was closed and had to come in because they were understaffed. One person cooking, one person taking orders, one person checking. No manager in sight. Always out of food. Usually a wait for something. Tonight, no white rice and I saw three cars waiting for their order. This company obviously has no pride in their business. Whoever is managing this place obviously doesn't know what they're doing. This place needs to get it together.
