Very upset with the way we were talked to. Employee had an attitude as soon as she went to take our order. Interrupting and rude. We ended up leaving, couldn’t deal with being disrespected like that.

Hours show open until 9pm, but at 8pm doors locked with employees still inside

They must not have done their prep this morning cause it took way longer than 30 seconds to make a sandwich here. Otherwise the employees were polite :D

SLOW service Think grass grows faster than they can make a simple sandwich. Three workers behind the counter & it took over 15 minutes to make a single sandwich. No apology/explanation or offer for compensation, just "here's your sandwich, have a nice day" Overpriced as well for what you get

Fresh food, nice service. They need to stay open more often, seems like there’s an issue all the time because they shut down early every week,not sure how they are still in business.

I’ve ordered there many times and every time it takes over and hour to arrive. Freaky fast? Where?

Stopped here today as we were craving JJ, I had a #9 n hubby had an #11, unfortunately whoever cut the ham up forgot to take the plastic off the outside. We looked at our sandwich after the first bite n wondered why the ham would not pull away and we opened our sandwich to find plastic on the ham. This is common sense. Just very disappointing. I have pictures if the owner is interested in seeing what is being sold to customers.

I haven't had too many experiences like this at the portage jimmy John's, but I felt like I just got really poor service tonight unfortunately. I online ordered at 5:30 p.m. The online tracker stated that my order was out for delivery at about 5:45, so I go downstairs by the apartment doors to wait. It was now 6:10 and the online order said my order had been delivered, but I hadn't seen anything. At this point I call the store and ask if my order was still on its way, to which the man who answered stated that my order was back at the store because no one had answered the door.. so what happened was they had delivered my order to a completely different address, even though I had put the right address on my order. At that point, the delivery driver had already left the store to send out different deliveries, so I had to wait for her to get back to the store to send out my delivery yet again.. no offer to remake my food, no offer for a discount, and not even a "sorry for the confusion" from the delivery driver. I never write bad reviews unless they are warranted. I just hope this doesn't happen again to anyone, and if it does, I hope you will find a way to make it right, and at the very least, give an apology.

Simple order of hot peppers on a sub 100% fail ordered online picked up subs got home no peppers. Simple stuff like this is not hard to get correct

Great food and great service. Just what you should expect from a JJ's. Fresh ingredients and made right in front of you. I went in at a really slow time yet all employees were at their stations ready to go. Haven't been disappointed yet with them.
