$22 +$1 tip for self service and this? People, get breakfast somewhere else. Since this Panera moved I have only had regretful experiences in coming here. Also, the wi-fi is incredibly slow so trying to do any work activities on a laptop is impossible.
Don’t come here unless you want to get sick… rotten avocado, undercooked eggs & chicken. This isn’t even what my husband ordered, he was supposed to get an avocado, egg white & spinach breakfast sandwich. Had to go inside to ask for our money back and the people ahead of us were doing the same. The manager was also argumentative. Save your time & money!
Not so good. 35 minutes to get food than it was cold. Sandwich with no Chipotle on it. Manager was trying. You could tell he was stressed. To be fair, I was feeling his pain. I just retired from restaurant work. Since the pandemic it's been horrible for most restaurants. I was lucky I could leave the business.Dietary restrictions accommodatedNot sure
We ordered delivery on Tuesday- two salads, a bowl of soup, and a small mac and cheese. When the order arrived, we were missing our soup and mac. No big deal, I would have happily drove to pick up the rest. I called to let them know what had happened and was told not to worry, they would send someone out to deliver the rest. The rest of the food never showed up and there was no contact from anyone saying they were trying to deliver it.
We've come here 3 times since the move. All three times, the tables are dirty. Not terrible but enough we asked to have them bussed. Garbage on the floor. 3rd strike. Too bad...always liked it before.
This location has the best Morning Drive Thru crew ever. I'm apart of the sip club so I stop by every morning for coffee. The ladies are so awesome that most of the time I just give my number and they tell me they will see me upfront. Once I pull up they have my order down to a T. Coffee made just the way I like it and a cup of ice. What a way to make a customer feel known and not just a number. Great Job crew!
I really wished they were better staffed Sunday morning because I'm going to be late to work even though I left with plenty of time..and all I ordered was a bagel. I get two online/call in orders came in at the same time I got there..but it just seems if I'm the only person standing there waiting physically, one bagel shouldnt take 10 or more minutes. But the staff is very nice! Haven't interacted with management. Store always clean. I just hate being late for seemingly no reason. After reading more reviews, I see this has been a problem..seems like management would want to address it. 03/13/23
This is by far the slowest Panera I’ve been to! I ordered inside and it took 25 minutes to receive the food. I thought I would have a better experience in the drive-thru, but I have already ordered and it’s taken 15 minutes so far and there are 2 cars ahead of me!
Stopped going to other/old Panera on Westnedge because service was so bad. This new location appears to be much better. Alex the “Greeter” & waiter made a huge difference. Alex clearly improves the customer experience. Parking: Tough to find spots
I usually get soup or salad and both are good. Service is a little slow. Always has people on their lap tops. Takes up lots of the tables and hard to get a seat. Pricey.Food: 4/5
