I like this Wendy's location over the others in the area. The service is fast & the food is always hot. They follow instructions if you want items not on a burger. Recommend if you want something fast & quick.
The bacon burger is the best. Always fresh and hot. Love the bacon cheese fries. Just the right amount of cheese makes it the best thing ever. Will be returning soon because the bacon cheese fries isn’t a regular item on menu.
The guy taking order was the most energetic person possible. I have been living out of the area for a few years so first time into this Wendy's in many years. Was fun to have him take my order.Food: 4/5
I was beyond pleasantly surprised and impressed by the entire staff on 3/31/23 at around 10pm. Everyone was friendly, smiling, and courteous. The food was also hot, fresh, and delicious! Will definitely be retuning! Give this team a raise!
My girlfriend and I ordered our meal which ended up being wrong. They were missing 2/3 of the salad items for the taco salad, they also gave me a beef burger when I asked for a PRETZEL BUN CHICKEN PUB SANDWHICH. I waited for 30 minutes to get a refund but instead got a chicken sandwich without a pretzel bun. While I was waiting there were 3 other people waiting 15+ minutes for missing or wrong items. They informed me they put a new person on the window, they should be assisting that person instead of blaming them. I drove 20 minutes to get a pretzel bun and was extremely dissatisfied
Ordered a pretzel bun burger......once I got it....it was not on a pretzel bun at all. Had I known they didn't have the normal bun for said combo meal I wouldn't have ordered it. Just disappointing to order something and get home to open a sandwich with the wrong bun. This location seems to mess my orders up every time. The only location worth my money and time is Gull road....never issues there.
very terrible drive through experience. I placed a mobile order online and wasn’t told I couldn’t get a frosty untuill a few minutes after getting there and saying what order I had. I saw them serving frostys to the people in front of and behind me! This is ridiculous and I will never return
This Wendy's never gave me any issues with my food and always gave me food that is decently fresh however I do go when I know their food has just been cooked because I used to work at these places. But overall I've had no issues with this place and that is saying something nowadays because a lot of these places will mess up a plain cheeseburger when that's literally all I'll ask for.
The service here was friendly and fast. It was pretty clean in there too. I would definitely go back to this place again. Tje food was good and hot too.
I got there about 10 minutes after lunch started. Everything was cold. They gave me my two kids meals in one plain bag with no toys. I asked for a burger and they gave me a chicken sandwich. All the fries were stone cold. This is the worst Wendy's in the city. And of course nobody will answer the phone.
