It was pretty dang cold. Probably because of the huge windows. The fish sandwich I got was good, though. The staff were friendly and attentive. I think I lost my 3DS stylus here. Edit: Not sure what your employees are going to do about the absolutely massive windows that suck all the heat out of the room at an amazing rate, but okay.
I am very impressed with this place most of the time I eat here. The team members are usually very friendly and helpful, and the food is very good, and worth the price. I would suggest reading the orders back to each guest after cashing them out and in the kitchen, as one visit I ordered a classic beef and cheddar meal, and the cheddar was forgotten. No big deal, but just sharing as a FYI. Other than that, this place is a very good place to go eat.
The workers were friendly, but I just had the worst sandwich from a restaurant ever!! My husband and I both got the ribeye sandwich and it wasn't even edible. The meat was rubbery. I couldn't even eat mine. I'm not a person to complain,but it was that bad.
They changed the shake sizes. The medium is now the large but you guessed it the price didn't change. I will NEVER stop at this Arby's ever again. It was the only thing I liked.
I can't comment on the atmosphere as I have always used the drive-through. The service was quick and accurate. I like that the drive-through person always has a smile.Food: 5/5

Every time I come here there is a massive wait for the drive through but today I waited in the drive through for almost half an hour before getting to the window. Got to the window and got my drink and got asked to go to the drive through reserved spot. Another 5 minutes and 3 cars through I get my order. I notice I’m missing something from my bag. I went inside to tell them that I was missing something and they told me they thought I didn’t want it so they took it off my order and if I wanted it that I’d have to order it again. I understand being understaffed or whatever the reason behind them always being slow is but a 30 minute wait just to get to the window and then not verifying my order at any point in the drive through process is ridiculous. Do better Arbys.
Food and service was good, but the dining area could have been cleaner. Some tables may have been bussed, but there was old food on the floor and spills around the soda machine that needed attention. I realize that everyone is short staffed right now, so we bussed our table when we left, but we could not disinfect or stop to pick up scraps off the floor. The sandwich was very good, the fries and cheese sticks were excellent and the folks behind the counter were friendly and efficient. We will probably be back although we live 40 miles away.
Am normally pretty satisfied with you guys, but today was not your day .First I start my order to get told we have no beef,then I finally just settle with my husband's sandwich and a order of curly fries with a side of cheese sauce.I ended up with crinkle fries and burnt cheese sauce.
The French Dip was really good. The roast beef was tender, the cheese complimented it well, the bread was so soft, and the au jus made it perfect. The crinkle fries were okay. They're not as good as I remember from years ago. I'm not a huge curly fry fan, so I like that I have this option though. The guy that took our order was great. The place was fairly clean. Overall, it was a decent experience.
