This is like a trade off of them being quick, and very polite, the food is always fresh. Except for these weird scenarios I and a few other people I know have come across multiple times. Most of the time you roll through here, it’s super fast, your food is prepared well and it’s a good experience. Sometimes though, you order an 8 piece jalapeño cheddar bites and get 5 jalapeño cheddar bites and a presumably 8 hour old hashbrown bite. It still tastes good, I still ate that 8 hour old hashbrown bite. I’ll still go back to this place too because they’re still the best Burger King in the area. The rest of my food was 10/10, fresh fries, a pair of very well assembled burgers, which pains me to say is a very rare occurrence at any other place but this Burger King must have a person on the sandwich board who takes a lot of pride in making sure your burger looks like the one on the screen, which I appreciate immensely rather than getting a burger from the one in lake station which looked like it was assembled from a shot put line to 40 meters away.
Disgusting... I live 3 minutes away from Burger King I ordered an original chicken sandwich and when I bit into it, it was Disgustingly cold. I was the only one in line and my food came fast so my chicken sandwich must have been sitting out for a while. Same with the onion rings. You Burger King gotta do better before someone gets sick. Plus I must have been an inconvenience to the lady at the window just handed me my food didn't ask if I needed sauces or anything just shut the window after I grab it. I did want the sauce for the onion rings but I wasn't going to sit there forever. I don't want to waste $32 on food for my family that I couldn't even eat. So disappointing.
Pulled into lot about 8:30, looked empty only one car. Got to the door only to be see a sign saying "the dining room was closed at 8:00pm for a staff party" that was funny because there was literally no one there. Haven't been to this place since my last review of it about a year ago and now I know why. Ordered some original chicken sandwiches. When I got home I bit into one and it was so hard I couldn't even chew it. Looks like it was really over cooked. Looks like I won't be coming back again anytime soon. I really need to stop coming here. The food was cold, a sandwich was missing and what kind of fast food restaurant doesn't have ice?? So luke warm drinks are what we got without them telling me there was no ice. I didn't find that one out till I called back and complained. Please just close this store!!!
The drive-thru is usually real slow at this location, and it has an unusual curve in its layout. Also, once you enter it, you can't leave it. There is a concrete barrier around the edges. Better hope your car or someone else's never dies, once you're in line. I'm not sure how the indoor experience rates. If you're going for drive-thru, though, I would recommend the nearby Wendy's or McDonald's as being faster, especially McDonald's curbside pickup. The food is okay, but there are better-tasting Burger Kings out there.
Waited in drive thru for almost 20 minutes. With one care ahead of me. No special order, ordered ice tea and they said they had no ice. I got a bottle of water. Felt bad for the lady working as she appeared to be doing everything by herself- drive thru and counter. Order was slightly messed up.Food: 2/5
First order at this king was a 5 star visit 2nd time was a 1 star hopefully the next time and time after that itll be like the first, menu cost up across the board so should the items purchased reflect that in the QUALITY OF THE MEAL AND PERSONAL WHO IS MAKING AND TAKING THE ORDERFood: 1/5
Horrible I sat for over 10 mins waiting for my food almost nobody was there inside or drive thru and the employees were just standing around.. there were about 3-4 employees I was late for work because I figured since it was not busy it would be quick … WRONG!! I had to ask for a refund and the lady had attitude when giving me my refund they didn’t even start making my food
I was at this facility at 6:25 this morning to purchase breakfast for my work crew. There was no answer at the drive thru so I walked in only to be told the facility wasn't open yet due to a late start because of a power loss from the storm. I asked what time they would open and was told they didn't know. All lights were on or I would have never pulled up. How about putting some signs up next time. Parking: empty because restaurant looked open and was not
Visited here a little later at night. Food was fresh and delicious, but I literally waited at the window for 10 minutes. I'd take that over 1 minute and nasty food, but 10 minutes felt a little excessive.Food: 5/5
Waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru. No drinks sign on the intercom speaker. Don't ever come here!!!! Unless you like waiting in your car for a hour and find out they forgot half your order when you get home.
