UPDATE: TO EXPENSIVE NOW! Proportions are still terrible! your food gets cold by the time you get it an sit down they need to keep the food hot not room temp, other issue is there portions are so off I can’t believe it this could just be me but man they are stingy: UPDATE once again chipotle fails look at this portion for what you paying shameful

First time eating at this location and will be my last. I’ve had Chipotle in different states and they always taste the same/similar. I placed the order online, they had just put it in the bag and went home 7 mins away. When I opened my food, it was ice cold! Rice and beans had no flavor, steak was hard and disgusting. I asked for extra of everything because I read some of the reviews saying the portions are small and the bowl was barely half full. Definitely not worth the money.

To be honest, quality of food Is good. But the portions are HALF of what they were a year ago. They upcharge for every side now. It's about 17 dollars for a basic burrito for one person. 2 stars because the staff was quick. Portions cut in half, but prices doubled. Make this make sense please

We ordered 2 bowls. Told us it’ll be 15 minutes. We sat out the 15 minutes and went in it took another 45 minutes sitting inside. We get home my girlfriends food is wrong. She decided to eat it. Half way through she finds a hair. Overall 0 stars just needed to leave a review

I really like their burrito bowls. It was the first time for my husband; he was pleased as well. Good size portions, tasty. Vegetarian options: Even without meat the burrito bowls are good.

It really was just ok. The staff had no expression, we're not friendly or welcoming. The food was bland & I've eaten at other Chipotle's before & had great experiences. This restaurant was filthy including the restrooms. You couldn't pay me to eat at this one again. Oh I also asked for salt & pepper but it was like I asked for the sun & moon. They have a tub of coarse salt they put in a little 2oz cup & said we don't have pepper. Lol- the food really needs it here! I forgot the chips that are made fresh daily were stale.

Do not order from the Portage location. It's not often you get what you paid for. They serve up very small portions of dry hard meat, miss ingredients and fill the bowl with rice. If I wanted just rice I would boil some. I've paid $4+ for extra meat and end up with just a few hard pieces of cold meat that could break a tooth. It's a shame how this location is managed. I've been to several Chipotle locations and not once was I served the slop the Portage location offers. Try a different location for great tasting fresh food worth your money.

Chipotle is normally great but aftee a 35 minute wait they had no lettuce, veggies, corn or mild sauce. Had to go home and make my own. They should be ready for any promotion!!

OMG! I had a chicken bowl with all the toppings and it was soooo delicious! This was the first time I actually got to make my bowl. Someone brought me one before already made. Mine was definitely better. The bowl is so filling. I could barely walk I was so full. LoL. The food is definitely 5 stars.

Mr neck tattoos was unpleasant. And then forgot my chips and when I told him he had an attitude. I don’t know what you’re mad at me for lol. Told him to have a good day and said nothing back just turns around. Great customer service
