This store is horrible. This is the second time in a row. My pizza was made incorrectly. I ordered half spinach and bacon half should’ve been plain just cheese. This is the second time in a row I got half spinach and half bacon. The whole reason I order pick up is because I have a special needs child who will not nicely sit in the car for 15 minutes while another pizza is made. One who I can’t easily put back in the car and drive back to town we don’t live in baraboo to pick up another pizza. But that is the only way I can be compensated for their mistake is to be incredibly inconvenienced. Thanks for being one more place is just too hard for us. Manager could not have cared less.
Ordered 2 pizzas with 2 toppings on them. They did an excellent job. Had the thin crust with garlic in it. If you don't like a lot of garlic don't get this. Didn't take long & they were very polite. Order was done right. Definitely worth the trip
Ordered pizzas on line. After about 1 1/2 hours I called to see what's going . Manager was very rude and argumentative. He said there was a incomplete address on thier ticket I have a pic of the correct address on the website. I said what ever and asked if he could send fresh ones back out since I paid but never got them. He said no at first that he would send the original ones back out. When I expressed my concerns of cold pizza he said he could but it would take over a hour. I said fine just send me back out. he hung up on me40 min later still nothing I called to cancel the order and he hung up on me again. I was never mean or belligerent, I'm assuming he was having a bad day but to take it on me was uncalled for. I'm very disappointed. Total time from placing order to cancel of order 2 1/2 hours.
Summary: This Domino’s has very low quality pizza. You will get better quality pizza from Pizza Hut, Papa Murphy’s or Pizza Ranch. Paid extra for a pan pizza and the pizza is like 70% crust. The other side is raw and smashed the crust folded over like someone threw it. 0/10 experience. Literally any other pizza in baraboo would have better presentation than this gas stations and frozen included. All 3 pizzas looked like they had been half cooked and thrown. I regret buying from this dominos and I regret tipping them too.
Ordered 3 wings and a pizza last night 8-22-22. no one ate more then a bite it was so nasty! $55 down the drain, wings had no sauce on them like the pic they advertise and had a bad taste. pizza wasnt even cooked all the way. google wont let me upload the pic but trust me pizza hut is way better and i dnt even like their pizza!
We order Dominos quite a bit in our home town and are typically pleased. This location, however, is another story. Got the message that the pizzas were done via the app and went to pick it up. Their lobby is closed so you have to go to their window. Did that. Paid for the order and then was told it isn’t done. Will be a “few minutes”. That was 10 minutes ago. Still waiting. Another guy pulled up behind me. Same issue. Employee blamed the app on both cases. Other guy ultimately got fed up and left. Can’t blame him. Bottom line....Dominos is good, but skip this one. Customer service is appalling.
I went into Domino's today to order a pizza. They're large thin crust with just cheese with $12. Yikes!!!! I got a large thin crust with three toppings plus the cheese at Baraboo Pizza Hut for $12. H E L L O Domino's. Your prices are wayyyyyyyy too high. Not so customer friendly or affordable. Just sayin.
I must say that i was Impressed with the level of service i received from my local Domino's here in Baraboo,it was my first time buying from Domino's and their team was so friendly and helpful...You guys are the best!
I had the most wonderful pizza here when I visited Devil's Lake. Will definitely visit again when I'm in the area.
Even with reduced staff our pizza was ready for pick up right when they said it would be. Patrick, who was working the window, was prompt and engaged in conversation with me while I waited for staff to grab my to go order. We talked about a common point of interest and he made the brief interaction a pleasant one. The food was great, just what we have come to expect from this location.
