Ordered my sandwich over and hour early. To ensure it would be on time. ALMOST 1 AND A HALF HOURS LATER! IT'S STILL NOT HERE! HOW do you STILL not meet such low expectations! You guys used to be SO GOOD!
Waited an hour to get my sub and when it showed up it wasn’t right and had no Mayo omit so I called back they said they were gonna send me some Mayo packets and I was ok with that. Fast forward and hour and a half no one ever showed up so I called back and I got no refund and never got to eat my lunch what a great work day
Travis, Kyle, Becka and staff were extremely helpful and the sandwiches were great for our group of 41 on 3 different days. I couldn’t give higher praise to Jimmy John’s in Kent. Thank you!
Horrible service, didn't even fill my full order, very disappointed.
A 2 hour wait from order to delivery time is not “freaky fast.” Will not be ordering again.
