When i went in the AC at the Kent location was out it's 85 degrees today and they were pretty busy! Even still they were all SO nice! Apologized for the wait! Made sure i had everything i needed before i left. Our meal was very good! I applaud them for working in the heat like that with a smile on there face!
Mo is amazing over at store 224 in Kent!! She is patient with her team, excellent with customers, and always makes me feel welcome. She deserves a raise for her commitment to her job and her great attitude.
Club and Reuben, bland, stale, tasted like the veggies had been out for awhile. Bread was like cardboard, fries were ok or it would have been 1*.
I don't eat animals so it's a limited limited menu for me but considering it's not a bad place for vegan to eat
Horrible stale club sub. Brandon the Manager that wants to act like God wants to critique a sandwich which is stale and grossly made. Gas prices are high will not cater to his ego. I would be cautious in ordering a sub from the kent location.

Penn station is always great haven't been disappointed yet. I'm not a fan of lemonade but they have the best lemonade I've ever had outside of the fair I buy it by the half gallon evrytime! Also my family LOVES the cookies they're giant and so good! Fries are fresh cut and are fresh made every order.
