Since there was a line at the drive thru I decided walk up. All I ordered was chocolate milk shake with a coupon. I waited at least 10 minutes for my 1 chocolate milk shake, if I hadn't already paid for it I would of walked away. They must of changed their shake process, I've been told by others their shakes are super thickI've never had their shakes. First off, according to the pics whip cream & cherry top off the shake, they missed the cherry. I think they forgot to mix it, couldn't taste the chocolate it was soft ice cream in a cup with whip cream. I hope the pics show up in this review. I'm glad I didn't pay full price for that shake, they're expensive place.
It’s a good Jack-in-the-Box but I got to walk up windows drive-through get you in and out really quick breakfast all day and I love the meat lovers burrito way better than McDonald’s.
Horrible experience. They told me they didn't have my mobile order placed like a good 15 mins prior asked me to leave the drive through and park and get out and come to the window in the snow they "found it" and I still had to wait. The good was clearly old AF and refired to warm it up. It was all greasy and burt. The employees were just so incredibly rude and when I askes for napkins, the lady balled up a giant wad and slammed them in the bag. Totally ridiculous. I was then late to my appointment which consequently made mw late to work.
I don't really recommend this one. They are quick but often inaccurate. I ordered a #7 with a coke and got a sausage biscuit... Not only did I not get what I paid for I got something that cost way less. Sadly it went into the trash as I don't like their breakfast food. Didn't even give me a receipt either so I can't report it.
I would honestly give a 0/5 if possible. I am generally not a "Karen" but we got 2 breakfast sandwiches, my sausage sandwich had a huge chunk of bone that nearly chipped my tooth, and the other with a HUGE disgusting hair sticking out of it see photo. We went back with our food to get a refund. When we showed the hairy sandwich to the lady at the window, she did not seem to care, and her response was "We'll make another one for you" we asked for a full refund on both sandwiches because we had lost our appetite. The employee only refunded us for 1. It turns my stomach just to think about it.
They made fresh food since they didn't have a customer for a while, definitely appreciated it. The guys were so nice and politeFood: 5/5
The food is hot, usually. That's about the only positive thing I can say about this location. The lady who usually runs the drive thru likes to just assume she knows what you're asking for and talks over you, as you're telling her what you want. Twice now, she has mistaken what I'd asked for, putting a different item on my receipt. Each time, I've had to correct her at the pickup window, which makes her give me the meanest glare ever as if it's my fault. And then half the time it's STILL wrong when she gives it to you. Add this to the groups of homeless people who do dope and walk right in front of your car while you're waiting, along with the rundown business storefront, AND the required right turn only out of the drive thru, I have no idea why I've bothered going back.
I got a 3 piece egg roll and 2 of them were cold like frozen on the inside. The first one I ate was fine, but when I started to eat the 2nd one it was cold the first bite but I had to get to work so I was gonna just eat it a little cold but my 2nd bite was cold and wet like it was still a little frozen. So I stopped eating it and went in to do my work and planned to go back afterwards to get 2 new egg rolls because the were cold. The lady was literally arguing with me because it had been 2 hours. Like I just tired to eat it and that is why they are cold. NO, I tried to eat when I got to my account, before I did my work and I came back to get new ones after I finished my job. I clearly had work clothes on, I own and run my business. I was just trying to get a little snack to hold over.
Just paid $6.29 plus tax for a Supreme Croissant sandwich, ham was just a little bit thicker than paper and bacon not much different. Everyone told me they have become really expensive for what you get and now I know, won't make that mistake again.
The women in the drive thru during lunch never say thank you, and are unpleasant. They just hand you the food. Even when I say thank you or have a nice day, nothing. A little pleasantry makes a huge difference.
