Absolutely the worst delivery service in Kent! This is the third time in two years that it has taken over 90 minutes to get a sandwich one mile away. Never again. Your advertising is literally freaky fast.

Do yourself a favor and don't order from here; it's overpriced, and they likely will mess up your order. I ordered a Beach Club, and the two signature ingredients – turkey and avocado – were missing when I opened my delivery. I called, and they said they would bring a replacement sandwich; however, it never came. I literally was left with a $9 sandwich of two slices bread and hardly anything for veggies. Take a drive to Jersey Mike's instead; it's worth it.

JJ’s is an average sandwich shop which typically stands out due to it’s ‘freaky fast delivery’. I have never received my order in less than 2 hours from this location. I would imagine most people order due to options being limited in Kent. If you’re looking for a better sub or faster delivery, you might as well order from Streetsboro. This location checks no boxes.

Who ever i just talked to on phone was rude as hell and super slow. Put your phone down kids and learn how to talk to an adult...a world problem these days.

What ever you do don’t order online. The jimmy johns website is awful if you need to customize your order asked for no mayo and cheese due to food allergies. Got my sandwich and had both on it so I can not eat. When I called to have the order fixed they refused because the receipt said I didn’t check it off. Why would I order something I couldn’t eat ?

Ordered my sandwich over and hour early. To ensure it would be on time. ALMOST 1 AND A HALF HOURS LATER! IT'S STILL NOT HERE! HOW do you STILL not meet such low expectations! You guys used to be SO GOOD!

Don't order on Door Dash. Usually it's a forever wait but once again they only brought a partial order. This has happened 3 times now. Can't get anyone on the phone. Screw this place. Never again.

Update: Cassidy was also a sweetheart last week end of June 2021 and made my messed up order right! There are new people there she said, but everyone makes mistakes...still, thanks, Jimmy John's! I've had a wonderful experience the last several orders with the Kent store; most especially this evening...I ordered for myself and my kiddo and Jonathan I think was super friendly and pleasant when taking my order and the #7 was delicioso thanks for the recommendation! Best of all, the order arrived super fast, made as requested and he brought a free cookie for my kiddo! How fantastic! Thank you for making our evening and for some great customer service overall!

I'm done with this location. When I order on the app they don't read the add-ons or modifications. For example, I like the Pepe but I like it with onions, Dijon and extra mayo. Put my online order in and it had none of that. Third time in a row it came as a straight Pepe. I stopped ordering delivery a while back because of the hour plus wait times and the orders were still wrong. I like the food here - but I'm done.
