Food is obviously McD standard. Very busy and extremely crowded place. Even if you eat at the place u have to pay CZK 10 for the toilet. No passcode on the bill.
You have to pay for the bathroom even if you boght food. They told you that the amount will be deducted from your bill but how about the people thar ordered using the machines and they prepaid the order as in may case? I couldn use the bathroom...

Had the misfortune of eating here afew days ago and it was even worse than i remember from a few years ago. The burger was completely tasteless and fries were half cold as if they were all made earlier and just served when someone ordered. Had to throw it away after a few bites. NOT Recommended for anyone reading this.

Good location in the center. The staff is friendly. But we bought Maccoffee cappuccino 300 ml 2 cups. The coffee was only 150 ml, half the glass was foam. Also the coffee was burnt.Food: 2/5
This is the order we get today. An ugly flat McSandy with a completely frozen caramel, wilted potatoes and a completely cold double cheeseburger. I've never experienced such disgusting customer service at any other McDonald's. Plus, the toilet was dirty, three stalls were clogged, the tables were very dirty. We were there on the 8th of September at about two o'clock in the afternoon. I would not recommend this McDonald's restaurant to anyone.
Messed up our order and the cashier called me the n-word. The toilet is pay to enter, which in itself is not a problem, but the conditions were horrible. No toilet paper, dirt everywhere. The water is also insanely hot to force people to buy drinks instead of drinking the water, it almost burned my hand. Probably my worst McDonalds experience.
T is very crowed. But everything was ok and quickly. Thanks! P. S. There is a toilet, you can pay 10 Kč and go without buying menu.
