The Kent steak was awesome! So was the chicken bacon ranch very good will get them again!! Must try you wouldn't be disappointed!!

I don’t know what happened, this place use to be the bomb! I ordered a fry bowl tonight, literally had 6 French fries and just hunks of chicken. Get the old cook back lol

Let's be clear: You get a ton of meat, and it's in big chunks. You get tons of cheese and vegetables. These cheesesteaks are filling, and in that way, seem worth the money. But I went here right after they first opened and was unimpressed. Lately, I've been trying to give local restaurants a second chance, but on returning? I don't understand how they've been open this long. The meat just has no seasoning whatsoever, not to mention the bread gets soggy super quickly. I won't say they're terrible, but they are extremely bland, and I'm not about to give them a third chance.

Local chain that's open late nights. Their food is generally pretty good. I got a #3 Cheese steak and it was very good and decently sized, also got fries with it. The fries were decent but some of them were hard and dry. My only major complaint would be that they need to update their deals - both on their website and in their store. Both are outdated and when you ask about them they tell you that they upped the prices. So please update the deals if they're out of date.

Showed up at 12:30am when closing wasn’t until 1am and they refused us service because “they wouldn’t have enough time to clean” as if we haven’t all worked food service and stayed passed closing and it was 30 mins until close anyways. Post-bar disappointment refusing service 30mins prior to close like that young guy was ridiculous things have changed so much from when I used to work food service

5 stars for food - 0 stars for management. Employees ALWAYS seem overworked and stressed. Wait times are long. There’s one guy there who is the best and makes the food perfect every time. The girl, I hope she got fired or quit because she was absolutely terrible and so rude. We eat here pretty regularly because we like the food but management really needs to get it together.

Food was absolutely delicious. It was hot, cheesy, meat was nice juicy and tender, bursting with flavor. Definitely recommend and will be back again soon

You guys have the worst service ever. How are you gonna answer the phone and just hang up on your clients. Whenever you guys actually answer the phone all you say is “we’re to busy” and hang up like what kind of service is that. Worst service I’ve ever had in my life!

Mmmm Great. Today was my 1st time and i have to say very tasty. I ordered the steak eez bowl and OMG.. #Goooood!!! Ill def. Be back for more soon.

If you’re looking for a filling and cheap drink snack this is the place. Probably one of the best Philly cheese steaks I’ve ever had and it was right in the little down town part of Kent.
