Food was pretty good for sandwiches, expensive for what was recieved. For that much money the sandwiches should have been excellent. The other most disturbing problem was that the background music was so loud that customers could not carry on a conversation inside of the restaurant.Food: 4/5

Waited an hour for delivery, when we called to ask where our order was, we were just told "its on it's way." When our 2 combos arrived, which cost $45!!! there was hardly any meat at all and they were mostly filled with mayo and lettuce. This location has routinely bad and slow service. This is the last time we ever come to this location, waste of money and time for mediocre food.

Such great service! My sandwich was not as I expected so they made me a new one free of charge! Thank you so much

Great customer service via drive thru. The person taking my order had me laughing. Got up to the drive thru window and was greeted quickly and transaction was easy. I watched the person making my sandwich and it looked good to go. The sandwich was blah! Hard bread and small diameter... almost like a Baguette, definitely not a sub sandwich style bread IMO. Then the flavor of the sandwich was plain and boring. NO WAY a sandwich like this should cost $1 per inch.

Excellent sandwich... that was larger and more filling than expected. A lot of others that we need to check out.

Not very helpful or informative about menu, not accommodating to our order. I wanted to share a sandwich with a friend, it came with mustard and I don't like mustard. I asked if they could put it on half or give us packets and it seemed to be a big hassle to them. They were not helpful and irritated finally just handed us mustard packets like it was a big deal to them.

genuinely started to think I was in a simulation while at this establishment. never have I ever had to wait 20+ minutes for a single sandwich. with the amount of employees you would think they would be able to keep up with the customers at 2pm on a Thursday. Other guests were also confused what was going on.

We love jimmy johns In our house hold. And eat it quite often. But 2 meals for almost 40 bucks is on the high side.Food: 4/5

I love coming to this location every time! Whenever I have a craving for Jimmy's I'm more than willing to drive an hour to and from my house to be able to have such great service! If I were to recommend any location it would be this one!

I walk in and I'm immediately asked for my order by an overly enthusiastic counter person. Next time welcome me and ask if he can suggest an item?! I order a giant Italian. They're so obsessed with making it as fast as they can. They don't put mustard in their sandwiches! They have you grab mustard packets if you want mustard on your sandwich. They didn't cut my sandwich into sections or even ask. Was I supposed to cut it myself? I take it back to get cut. I go back to my car and grab a third of it to eat it on the road.... They lazily cut through the paper into the sandwich... No rewrap, just a sandwich in a shredded wrapping. Ellensburg WA location needs some training!!
