It was the worst service I have ever gotten from a fast food establishment. The employees have blocked the drive with an employees çar so I went inside and ordered from the kiosk. I waited 25 minutes for my order and nothing no explanation finally I just walked out the door. Never got my meal They were standing around with their hands in the pockets inside the store weren't doing anything. They were not talking to customers. They just stood around there and looked at each other. If I could score less than one for service I would.
Very clean and modern, however, my food was sitting the counter for an unknown period, I had to ask if it was my order. My name was never called. Employees were gathered at the front busy chatting.
Amazingly bad. Not even sure how this place is pulling the stars it is. Ordered two cravings boxes and a quesadilla through the app. The crunchwraps were poorly assembled and had zero "crunch". The quesadilla was arguably even worse - looked like it was cut by a 2 year old and the largest piece was 90% bare tortilla. No forks for the potatoes or even napkins! And to top it off neither box came with it's drink! What an absolute ripoff.
Disgusting! Everything I ordered was less than & all shell, tons of lettuce, hard chalupa shell, hard beefy 5 layer/ might I add- 98% no beef! Regular soft tacos- no beef. Very little unlike their usual. This is the second time in a row that they did this to me. I ordered again because I thought maybe next time they would surely not skimp again…. They did. My daughter’s bean & rice burrito was so greasy on the outside she had to soak up the spicy sauce because it was grease/sauce overload. Nothing was good. Everything was nasty. Not sure if they have no access to beef or the employees don’t care & slap everything together blindfolded. I’m never ordering from them again off of Doordash because they only offer to comp you $5 for something you can’t and don’t want to even eat! So money in the trash. I’d rather order from somewhere else that is consistent & makes what is on the menu. If I was in there I can almost guarantee this wouldn’t have happened & if it did I’d take it back. Don’t order off of Doordash- they will rip you off.
Horrible experience. Was rushed with ordering, and they packed all my food into a small bag crushing everything. If that wasn't bad enough, when I got home my Crunchwrap was stale and soggy, and they did not give me the right burrito I ordered. It seems like they don't care about anything. Worst fast food place in town, I would never recommend anyone to go there. I would give 0 stars if possible
Because of how often I get the wrong order in the drive thru I started exclusively ordering inside. However, their lobby hours seem to be inconsistent. I tried to go in at about 7:20pm on a Saturday and the doors were locked and the lights were on, with no sign to indicate the lobby would be closed so early. It’s not an all the time thing, but it’s frequent enough to be annoying.
Rude employees. When I come back through to try to fix my order, they shut the speaker off. Don’t waste your money
Looked like a new building, entrance off the street was little hard to notice and awkward drive through and parking. No major issues with service, and the place looked clean around the middle of the day. Found it interesting they had 4 of the new Electrify America car chargers in the parking lot see photos to support Volkswagen, Porsche, etc EV’s. They weren’t in service at the time of this review though.
It was quick they was nice to he new chicken Chalupa and as good too.
The crunchwrap that I ordered was disgustingly luke warm and the bruschetta had a really weird mildew taste to it. on top of that i had asked for extra sour cream and beef and i’m pretty sure i got none extra. This is the second time this has happened to me here.
