Order 54 11/30/22 Just wanted to say, thank you to the young gentleman that worked the window today. It's always refreshing to have someone with great manners, and promt service working the drive thru! Thank you for a good experience. You deserve a raise! Keep up the good work dude!
Just stopped by here to get some hashbrowns for the road and we were helped by a lady named Dianna I beleive. A short gal with glasses. But helped would be a stretch. When we pulled up, we asked for a large hashbrown and then sat in awkward silence until we said that will be everything. Then we were told our total. No confirmation on what we had ordered. After pulling up to the window the gal then proceeded to drop my girlfriends card and after handing us our food, did not say a single word to us and closed the window. It wasn't the most horrible experience but she definitely could have been a bit friendlier.
Best burger king we ve been too. Great customer service..5 stars all the way
We went there and only two people working on a Saturday evening. Twenty six dollars for really terrible food. It was awful. We will not go again. I had not been there in years and now I remember why. They were out of ice for the drinks and put about a cup of mayo on one of the burgers. The overall taste was very bad.
They are so nice here! And hands down the best fast food burgers anywhere .
Horrible service at Ellensburg Burger King! Everytime we go they are out of lettuce or tomatoes for whopper. Ice macine and pop machines do not work most of the time.
Way too expensive for the size of your order that you receive. Probably won't ever go there again.
They got the specifics of my burger order right, but it was supposed to be a double, it wasn't, and I got charged for a double.
One of my favorite places to get a tasty quick breakfast Kid-friendliness: Kids love the climbing feature, I don't have small kids but see others enjoying. Parking: Easy to get on and out, good location and lots of parking
8/10 employees had a positive attitude for how stressed and busy they obviously were. The larger lady with black hair and glasses, was very rude. I watched her ignore plenty of customers while making eye contact. Her vocal tone and physical demeanor was very unwelcoming. I stop here often while passing through town and I haven't had a negative experience like this before.... I gave 2 stars because the others were nice but she made the experience less tolerable. -3 stars. I asked her for ranch and she stared at me dumbfounded. Nice.
