The location I went to was not tip top shape. Food was ok. The drinks were not good. Service was nice. Pandemic hit them hard.

Burgers were greasy, sourdough bread was soggy, fried were not hot. Had to go back to counter twice for them to give me the correct food for my order. Will not be going back

Good customer service and friendly staff. All food ordered was made fresh and exactly as ordered with very little wait time. While there another customer came in with a problem on her order. The manager went above and beyond and replaced the entire meal at no cost for here. Will stop here again for sure

Nice smiling people working grew. But they couldn't figure out that napkins should go with an order, and you have to request packets of catsup. Just strange. And the food was only marginal when Carl's Jr is usually pretty good

Do not stop here if you are in a hurry! We went through the drive thru and we're asked to pull around front and park. It took 30+ minutes and then our order wasn't correct. We had to go in and wait again for the correct order.

My guacamole thick burger was wonderful, the zucchini was really good.. the rest of the burgers were pretty dry and the chicken sandwiches were overcooked.

Beyond famous burger was completely burnt

Friendly staff. Food cooked fresh. Fresh toppings, generous amount too. My favorite burger place wheb I am in Ellensburg.

We stop at Carl's Jr. whenever we see it on a road trip. Better than other fast food any day.

Soda wad flat, but the burger was great with lots of fresh veggies. And they were ACTUALLY OPEN.....INSIDE. Western Washington sucks.
