The portrait studio is great. They worked with me until I got the shot I wanted for a business photo and they were incredibly friendly and patient.

I love shopping at JCPenny. I lost a bag today and the cashier Janna was so kind and helped me locate it, and another person brought it to me from downstairs. I didn't have to do anything but wait and be thankful. Thank you Janna for making my shopping even better.

Store was too big. Hard yo find what I was looking for. Definitely needed more checkouts

Hello Burnsville JCPenney (JCPenney (Burnsville, MN)) My boyfriend and I just spent FOUR HOURS in your store picking out about $400 worth of clothing for a work event he has this week. I’m sorry you lost out on the money and PV from our purchase because you wouldn’t accept my mom’s card or even social security number over the phone to verify her account...because she lives over an hour from your location and wasn’t able to be here with us tonight. I’ll let you know that we’ve done similar things at Kohl’s and they were more than accommodating for us. We are two hardworking, middle class adults that live paycheck to paycheck and can’t always afford to buy ourselves nice things. You should have seen my boyfriends face light up while he was in the dressing room. We left upset, but more sad than anything. It’s no wonder all of your stores are closing. Thanks for ruining our evening as well as his corporate work event.
