My first & my last time getting my hair cut at this location and by this company. Had a horrible experience there. Did a dry cut for me and spent less than 15 minutes….so bizarre. I looked around the room and all customers received wet hair cuts. Seemed like the lady who cut my hair was in charge of the place. What a joke!!! Extremely RUDE, never introduced herself and at the end not even once looked at me and said thank you while she proceeded to look down at the scheduling book and speaking to her cashier instead. I regretted giving her a very generous tip. She deserved ZERO tip.

Nice location. Very friendly staff. It was refreshing to have a store and fitting rooms clean and organized. Decent prices especially clearance.

Always liked the store , easy shopping.

Dressing room. . . You can use your imagination to figure out what those stains are. Absolutely appalling!! Disgusting. I can't even describe how gross I feel now, coming out of those rooms. Dust is everywhere to and dirt. But I'm more concerned about the stains.

It's a good JC Penny's store, unlike the one at Southdale which is terrible. The store seems well stocked and has enough employees. Although some of the employees are older and follow you around to make sure you aren't stealing.
