Comfortable bed but horrible customer service. Our sales associate made Inappropriate comments about our economic status, ordered us the wrong bed, and wouldn't correct his error once the wrong bed was delivered because he conveniently went on a vacation for 2 weeks and we were outside of their 30 sleeps policy. Love our bed (despite it still being the wrong one) but I would never send anyone I know to this location especially ever again.

Staff members were knowledgeable and courteous to individual needs. Even when I needed to make changes, customer services and staff member were understanding and helpful! I didn't have to go through a long, confusing process for assistance.

Horrible!! We were given a good pitch by a salesman at the Burnsville Mall location. He convinced us to go with the split frame and said we had ten days to try it or our money back. We gave them $1500.00 down in cash. When it was delivered we hated it. Neither my huaband or I could fall asleep for two nights. We tossed and turned. I called them and told them how uncomfortable we were and they insisted it took time to get used to it and not to adjust the settings but stick to my sleep number they gave me. What??? I've never had a bed in my life that I had to "get used to" before I could fall asleep! After 5 days I called to return it and instead of coming to get it they insisted I keep it for the full 10 day trial. I was irritated but gave it a chance. On the 10th day we still hated it and called them to pick it up. They did come and get it. After 10 more days I called because we had not received a refund of our $1500.00. When I spoke with the salesman he told me that the $1500.00 was non-refundable because we got the split frame and that was a special order. WHAT?????? I told him that he told us it was a free 10-day trial and talked us into the split frame! He said that did not include the split frame. I said he didn't specify that and we would have NEVER agreed to that. He insisted that was it and hung up! I called a different store and salesperson and they gave me corporates number. When I spoke to someone there they also said the split frame was a special order with restocking fees and they COULD NOT, WOULD NOT refund us, no matter what the salesperson said. WHAT?????? You charged me $1500.00 for something you let me TRY FOR FREE in my home for 10 days and took the whole thing back and there is NO REFUND?????? I could have bought a nice mattress and box spring set for that kind of money and paid cash!! I contacted the District Attorney if Minnesota who agreed with me and wrote Select Comfort a letter on my behalf requesting a refund for me of merchandise they accepted as returned. Select Comfort sent a return letter to the DA stating their policies and refused to refund us. That was the end of that. Here we are OUT $1500.00 because of this lying, conniving company and their manipulating, thieving sales people. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM! DO NOT GET ROBBED! You'll lose more than just a few night's sleep, first from this crappy bed, then from them hosing you!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PILE OF CRAP!!! The bed is terrible and I cannot return it do to this company's idiotic return/exchange policy. Shop elsewhere and you will get a better deal.

Rich at this store was the best..took alot of time to show me all i needed to know..will be shore to see him next time im there bed is awsome!
