Cahiers are rude and most of the time are on the phone, talking to their family. When I checked out today, I could not tell if the cashier did not get her name, she was a Somali woman was talking and when I asked her if she was talking to me, she replied that she was talking to her husband. Very dissatisfied with the lack of customer service in the last couple of years. Also, you have to ask them to wrap items in paper so it would not break. There is a big difference in customer service, or the lack of, and maybe they need more training and/or supervision.
What’s the point of stating next day delivery when the item isn’t delivered the next day. I placed an order yesterday 5/12 using next day delivery which is supposed to be delivered today 5/13 and it’s still saying next day delivery processing. The reason for me doing next day was because I’m off today and don’t like packages just left outside. So I decided to call them which took an hour of back to back calling for someone to finally pick up and proceeded to tell me it won’t be delivered today and she has no way of contacting the warehouse but I could cancel if I want. Sent a message to support and of course no one has responded. For those who are thinking about same day or next day delivery, think twice because as of right now it’s false advertising.
I came in a couple of times to look at a kitchen table. Found one I liked but literally no one in the store to help me locate it as it was not out on the floor. Went home and purchased online for store pick up the same day so they clearly had it in stock. Arrived once it was ready and did curb side pickup. Gave the description of my vehicle, where I was parked and pushed the “I’m at the store” button. Waited for over 20 minutes. Had to eventually go park and go inside then wait it another 10 minute long line just to ask where my order was. Told them I had been waiting for curbside, and no one came out. Someone went back to look for it and another 5 minutes later they came out with my order. I had to call my son to come help me load it into my vehicle. There was no apology for no on ever bringing the order out, nor was there an explanation as to why it was taking so long. Disappointing experience. Make me not want to shop here again.
About as big as a Walmart. I set the bar a little too high for what I was expecting to walk into, but thats more on me. The store is nice, but cluttered and lots of stuff not in the right places due to their customers not putting things back where they belong. A plus is its not crowded with people. Other thing is the prices are high, but that's everywhere these days. Can't say much about anything else, as this is my first time here. I'd take a look at it, seeing as it has a large variety.
It’s the Costco of HomeGoods, but for what they charge for items I would expect the store to be more organized than it is. There are so many items falling off the shelves, packaging ripped open on many items, things not in the right spots, ect. The store was also really dirty and dark. I would rather shop at HomeGoods.
