First, I’ve got to say that I haven’t had all exceptional experiences here. The way they refused to honor a warranty on a Rigid (house brand) shop vac I received as a gift, just about made me leave and never come back. However, I’m glad I didn’t (still mad about the vac tho...) for three reasons: Tim in electrical, Tim in electrical, and Brett (I believe?? - maybe Brad?) who wasn’t from plumbing, but helped me out last Tuesday at closing time due to the normal guy being out sick. Tim has been a God-send for helping me with my various home electrical projects. His advice and support are outstanding. We come back here almost exclusively because he’s here (although the gentlemen in flooring and plumbing are great too!) I don’t have my receipt, or I’d be putting this in their survey, but think good service deserves public recognition. Thank you guys! We appreciate you! Did I mention they are a dog-friendly store? What a treat! My kids ask to go to Home Depot for fun on the weekend with the pup. Awesome marketing (since I can’t seem to come here without leaving with a cart full of supplies for a project I didn’t know I “needed” to start)!

Tracy in customer service has no business working directly with customers... Brian the store manager will not be a store manager for long if he allows his employees to treat customers with such disrespect.. i will not make another purchase at the Burnsville home depot ever again.. Rebecca at the checkout was a pleasure to work though!
