Went to Macy's with my boyfriend in search of a suit jacket. We were searching and looking for help for a while; but then realized the only person in the area was helping multiple guests. Her name is Marsha and when she came over to us she gave us amazing advice and sent us in right direction! We found one at an amazing price, thanks Marsha and Macy's!

Went in tonight to find an evening gown for a dinner party I'm attending in Indianapolis. I asked my significant other to help me in an UNMARKED dressing room so I could see what the dresses fit like on me. The attendant stopped him and said he can't go in because woman get nervous having males around. Being I couldn't get them zipped and I wasn't walking out of the dressing room with no bra on for the whole store to see I ended up leaving without the $200 dress I fell in love with.... thank you for making us feel very uncomfortable. Never shopping there again....

Very disappointed in the jewelry dept. I spent $1000 on my watch there and when I needed it sized they charged me $10! It took 2 minutes to take one link out. Anyways I agreed and the sales lady just had a bad attitude and seemed bothered to help anyone! They were over staffed and had no other customers there. I cared more about the poor customer service rather than the fact they charged me for something they said I could come back for. Will not buy from the Burnsville jewelry dept again!!

I wish I could give negative stars. The customer service here is beyond unacceptable. My boyfriend bought an engagement ring here we got it resized they told us it would take 2 weeks. . . it took 5. The best part is the ring is the exact same size as when we gave it to them. I also called one time to check on the ring and the jewelry department didn't even answer. I called the main office and a manager had to WALK the phone all the way down to them!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!
