Great luggage selection!!! Bought a few pieces here as gifts and they are nice with a budget friendly price tag. I shop early opening or evening after the busy rush. The store is very large but I only shop the back corner for the home goods, luggage and toys. Nice quality selections with good prices. Service is friendly and helpful.

Only giving a 2 star because the prices are good at this store and I'm happy they brought the store back but the customer service here is always horrible. Was before and still is. I went into the store earlier today and bought items for my nieces birthday. However when I got home I realized I was missing a shirt I had purchased. I then got in the car and called the store to let the manager know I never got my item. She asked me to hold so she could go look for the item. I explained the item and told her I had the upc but she just went and looked by the register I was at and came back to ask me if I knew who rung me up I told her the name on the recipe. She then said the women who helped me was gone for the day and she wouldn't be able to help me until tomorrow morning when they could review the camera's. I then explained I was almost to the location and needed the item for a birthday. She said she can't locate the item and she could call me in the morning after she finds it. I told her I can't come back in the morning and said can I just see if u have another of the same item and take the one? She said no because they still need to review the cameras (meaning she wanted to make sure I wasn't lying). Her and I went back and forth as she told me she needed proof from the cameras because all I had was a receipt and no item. I told her I am at the store and if I find the same item I'm walking out with it because I paid for it. She then again told me I can't do that. I told her I was there and I'm coming into get my item and hung up. Walked into the store and noone said a word they all just stared at me. How about you help me find the item I paid for instead of standing there and basically accusing me of lying. I find the item bring it to the register and thank them for helping me find the item.... Again as they all just look at me. The manager told me if the upc matches the receipt I can take the item. I told her it does match and handed her the item and receipt she looked at it and said ok then asked if I wanted a bag. I told her I was good and said next time have better customer service. The manager then says if you would of let me finish I would of told you on the phone I can give you the item if you have your receipt and the upc matches. She told me 3 times she couldn't help me until she reviewed the camera's. How about next time you offer to help find the item and actually listen to the customer when they say they have a receipt. Hopefully this manager learns from this and handles the situation better next time because as of right now she doesn't deserve to be a manager if she cannot handle a simple situation like this. Mind you this was all over a $9.99 little girls shirt. It's not like I was saying they forgot to give me a flat screen tv or something of high value.

Very bad associates like Marwa Yusuf from gordmans in Burnsville she showed me bad attitude and she doesn't greet the customers

Packed all the time. Customer service is horrible. Store is always messy and never organized
