Came to visit this place in Todmorden and I have nothing negative to say about this place. The staff were well mannered and showed a lot of respect. The man at the counter guided me to the ‘best seller’ of the restaurant which was the ‘chickster burger’ The burger was mouth watering and hit all the right spots. Definently going to visit again with the kids. Big up Jays
A beautiful drive through Todmardon will lead you to the centre where you will come across the finest chicken Place. I got the Spicy chicken burger meal with cheese. The burger was one of the most delicious spicy burgers I have had. I also tasted the spicy wings and they are definitely spicy the way I like it. Overall a very nice place with great food and the owners were very welcoming and treated us very respectfully. Can't wait to go again. I have recommended to many people.
lovely food top notch only complaint is the chicken nuggets way overpriced 390 for 4 that's neatly a quid each 250 would be better value for 4 .
Perfect. I was complaining only a few months ago that there's no decent fried chicken in Todmorden, and as if they heard my moaning up pops Jay's Fried Chicken! Much better than any gooey KFC chicken and chips, and the desserts were excellent too - the sundaes are proper Mr whippy type ice cream, the waffle was freshly made too.

Tod has been missing a decent Chicken place for a long time, NOT ANYMORE!! Jay's chicken is not only the best in Town, I'd wager it's the Best in Calderdale!!! We've had it so many times in the last month, and it's ALWAYS ON POINT!! JUST GO THERE Food: 5/5

My chicken was that freshly cooked I had to wait 10 mins for it to cool down, very nice too
Clean place, friendly and polite staff who make an effrt with the customers, food fresh and tasty! Deffo recommended, chicken better than KFC!
