One of the employee's uniform had grease all over it and they were not very friendly. The service was really slow and the restaurant was FILTHY, garbage and food all over the floor. The restaurant itself had broken floor tiles and was not kept up very well at all. It was not a place you could enjoy eating in and I will never go there again.

Food is typically fairly hot and fresh. They recently did renovations and it's a lot nicer and cleaner inside now. I would not recommend the order window however. It always takes at least 3 mins before they even say hello and than they always say it's going to be a wait before they will even take your order. Usually takes 15-20 mins using the order window even if you are the only vehicle. Only reason I don't go with five stars is poor service.

I have not had A &W in many years and I really enjoyed the teen burger platter. Place is small but clean.
