Jackson's Ice Cream Float

So, this is a tough one. Delicious ice cream, great service, reasonably priced and portioned. But an environmental blemish on the Wharf. Clearly the Wharf is trying to encourage a zero pollution solution. Placing a general waste bin in front of your establishment just encourages pollution. Had to swallow a lot of pride and great ice cream to give 4 stars.

Good ice cream and great fudge but often unavailable. I visited three days in a row between 11:30 am and 4:30 pm and it was not available at all on those days. Wish it was more consistent.

Despite ordering 3 ice creams and being charged for them, I got two, tried to talk to the girl behind cash nose piercings and tattoos she ignored me and went to take a hit off her vape pen. Appreciate it. Edited: There was clear communication, the one girl even clarified what was wanted to start. Made two out of three and then walked off, I said “excuse me, I’m missing a cone.” - loud enough. And they just continued to chat between themselves, while smoking their vape. I wasn’t aware that sanitary, I cannot come back as I left to go home - this was a treat for my daughter to show her the wharf before we left. No need for hostility,

Bought ice cream here, three young ladies were serving. One of the ladies had inch long nails!!! Which should not be allowed in the food service industry as it could be a health hazard. Long nails have been proven to carry many kinds of germs and dirt. Above all they were not using gloves and serving the ice cream. Maybe the FDA or whoever is in charge of inspecting the food service industry should look into this.

Delicious ice cream! Amazing, friendly staff. 10/10 experience! You gotta try the Danny waffle cone with soft and hard ice cream.

Loved their mango sorbet and chocolate peanut butter flavors!
