Food was really good. A nice place to stop by for lunch. We thought it was a drive through but there is actually parking and seating available. We had the eggs salad, chicken fingers, chicken burger and oyster burger. Oyster was my favorite and a definite must try. Oh the ice-cream was also certainly good.
What a fantastic spot! Food comes up promptly and always so good! Ice cream of course is delicious too! Staff works very good together and makes the experience that much better. Very family friendly and good for any occasion. Enough parking around and there’s also a bus stop next to it’s so accesible too routes 2, 3, 5, 10
Had breakfast here at this Victoria iconic drive-in across from Beacon Hill Park. The food was tasty, service was friendly and there was room to sit inside. There is limited seating inside booths especially for wheelchair users but if you don't mind sitting on the end of a booth, it works. Lots of seating outside in warm weather. They are famous for their award winning soft-serve ice cream and we'll be back for that on a warmer day. There is an accessible washroom single room outside the restaurant. Just watch out for the narrow sidewalk!! Street parking is available plus a small parking lot for customers
I love Beacon Drive In as it is an old style business. You can eat in or take out. They have parking and it’s right beside Beacon Hill Park. Their soft ice-cream is the best! You can tell by the taste that they don’t short change on their ingredients. Check it out when you’re in Victoria!!
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.. Burger, Fries , Hotdogs and DESSERTS!!! Can have it all. I'd love Can-Mex if I go there for Breakfast, and their combos.. Dinners and Poutines I'd love. Patio is nice to dine in, and if you're lucky enough, You'd get some Peacocks to visit you. Very rare but it happens. Summer , is crazy with long line up yet Fast service.
Outstandingly kind hospitality, excellent fries and fantastic value. I had a different order but it was very enjoyable, looking forward to trying the rest of the menu and breakfast.
The chicken burger they made me had fully rotten lettuce, like beyond a bit brown, it was rotten. At one point this place was awesome but things have really changed for the worse. Also, the coke they gave me was just carbonated water because the syrup must have run out, it was totally clear but it was still carbonated. And the fries used to be soooo good here but they changed them to a pretty underwhelming new replacement.
Although customer service was excellent and I was looking forward to enjoying the smarties avalanche yesterday, I got sick after eating it. I'm not sure why as it seemed fresh. But, I am open to giving it another chance. update: The customer service was even friendlier. I had a great experience yesterday when I ordered a poutine and a burger:
A hidden gem! Love this spot. They have great quick take out food and lots of cold treat ice cream options! Also, the breakfast is delicious and such a reasonable price. I live in the neighbourhood and it's a go to!
The food was amazing, the fries were so crisp on the outside soft on the inside. The burger was so juicy and had perfect amount of servings and after all that the prices are so cheap compared to other restaurants. Last the customer service was great I was here with a bug group and they remembered all our orders with no mess ups. Definitely will come again 10/10
