Around a month ago I decided to list my travel trailer through Jet Auction. I was told it would be listed in a few days time.  I checked for updates all week having not seen my trailer I called and asked why it hadn’t been advised properly and they didn’t give me much reason other then what seemed to be a run around.  The night before the auction the trailer was listed and pre bids slowly came in. I received a call from one of the mangers by the name of Stewart, he informed me a bid for the agreed starting price had been met and I had the option to sell. I did not feel Comfortable with the price due to the only being advertised for less than 20 hours before the auction started. I asked for it be put back in the auction for the following week, and was told they would do so.  today I checked the auction page like I have been doing all week and noticed my trailer was now listed as “sold”  Stewart then explained to me that at the end of the day the set starting price was met and they sold it to that person.  The whole experience with jet felt very shady for lack of better words. The greasy used car salesmen tactics “from start to finish” should of been my first clue to remove my trailer from the auction. I hope this zero star review was helpful to any one thinking about selling a car through Jet  BIG   for the whole team at jet auctions. “ Except from the nice ladies selling hotdogs at the concession”  they are cool

Don't listen to all these non mechanically inclined people leaving one star reviews its your choice to bid and your job to check these cars out before bidding. Its impossible for Jett to disclose everything everytime, these cars are on consignment and your getting them at a wholesale price. Ive bought many many vehicles here and have had some significant issues but thats expected because its a far cheaper used vehicle. If you want something perfect with a warranty go pay way more at a dealer.

I have attended the auction over the past few weeks via online bidding and actually bought a car a couple weeks ago and a ladder last week . It's great that you can browse the auction items online ahead of time and know what you want to bid on before the auction starts. They go through the list fairly quick which is great as the auction doesn't go on for too long

Dont waste your time at this auction.   I've bought quite a few vehicles over the years.  They like to say it's a wholesale auction but realistically most the time you can find the same cars on marketplace for the same price or less,  without the huge fees.  Also talked to several dealerships that state they send their worst trade ins here.  Buyer beware their policy means nothing for returns.

I was skeptical at first but that soon changed to excitement as I bid and won the car I wanted from my house using my smartphone.  I than went and paid for the car, put insurance on it and was driving it home in 30 minutes.  These guys are doing it right.  If your looking for a car I would definitely check Jett auction out.  It was a good time.

You can get some very good deals here if you play your cards right. There are a lot of Consignments and it seems that many of the people who bring their vehicles to Jett on consignment have ridiculously high expectations of what their vehicles are going to fetch in an auction. Hence you will see the same Vehicles week after week being auctioned off but not sold.  If you play the waiting game generally those sellers will eventually realize the vehicles are not going to fetch dealer prices and they will let them go for a cheaper bid. It's also a Gamble when many of the vehicles have check engine lights but thus far three vehicles I have bought from them and the repairs that were needed were thankfully minimal, especially if you can do them yourself.

Big thank you to Jett Auction!  Wanted to sell my car, decided to try Jett Auction.  Big thank you to Stu, Guy, Shelly, and Josh!  I wanted to mention that Josh was extremely helpful, I didn't get a chance to give the car a super good cleaning over like I wanted too.  Josh told me about a cleaning fee they have and how they can detail it out for me.  Josh made the car look amazing!  I was really impressed with the pictures of it on the website.  I didn't get the exact price I was hoping to get, but the price was within satisfactory range.  If I ever need to sell a car again, Jett will be the first option on my list. Thank you!

i spend a day to go there from van . no taxi , walk over 1 hour in heavy sun because no taxi or bus avlbl. i called them that iam walking there so they know - no offer what so ever to help ,5 guys hanging around the lot . the car i picked up needs lots of work which i knew but the hidden part was; POWER STEERING NOT WORKING $1500 PART ONLY - CAN BE DETECTED WHEN DRIVING DURING AUCTION DAY ?but nothing was mention in 3 weeks !  i have to spend another $1000 on other things which i knew  if u add the labour $3500 for me / $5000 FOR CUSTOMER ON $6000 CAR + FERRY / TAXI .....  I HAVE A CAR SHOP AND I WAS FOOLED - I SUGGEST TO CHECK THE CAR WITH MECHANIC BEFORE PURCHASE DONT TRUST THE WRITTEN B.S ALL CARS WASHED AND SHAPOO TO LOOK GOOD MY MISTAKE, BECAUSE I THOUGHT ISLAND AUCTION MAYBE DIFFERENT THAN CITY, BUT ITS NO DIFFERENCE

 HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND CAR AUCTION  these guys are fraud and cheaters they do not disclose major issues with the cars and very rude customer service and employees. Very unsafe Brocken cars to be buy. I bought two vehicles yesterday, one is 2004 Suzuki and second a Honda CR-V. Both are having major issues of engine and transmission. 2004 Suzuki has anti-theft security issue which locks vehicle every time you want to get in and door lock also won’t open until try turning it to right or left 10, 15 times. Then their huge cranking noise coming into the car when u push the gas’s paddle and can’t drive car more than 50km/h speed as it gets unbearable. Very very unsafe and worst experience, I would never recommend to even my enemies to deal with them. Very unhappy with their rude inhumane and unprofessional attitude. Very gross behaviour to trust. They will  shamelessly tell you to sue them & once u have paid it’s not theirs responsibility. Govt or city should seal or close down this auction for ripping citizens off. Very disappointed can’t mention how many issues with both of the vehicle being 2004 Suzuki worse. Sorry for my language but they highly deserve it..pathetic people shouldn’t be allowed to do business…HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND, HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND
