Family Ford LTD

I have purchased many cars & trucks and I can tell you that the experience with Family Ford has been the best! Talk about price, I went in just last week, they had the SUV I wanted, used, I told them I would pick it up, finance it next week and they did the rest. Without any old school bargaining they gave me a fair deal, great financing plan, incredible service and I left with a big smile! I will purchase my next car or truck at Family Ford every chance I can, Thank you!

Truck was very cheaply made and staff was horrible to deal with especially the service department. Will never go to ford parksvile again so so sad

Wow, just had a great experience with Family Ford! Dealt with Gary DePape and had an excellent experience all around - honest, sincere, attentive and just a great guy. I bought my preowned vehicle long distance and felt I could trust Gary the whole way. More than thrilled with the outcome and the whole process. Would buy from these guys again and definitely recommend Gary and the team to anyone. A+++. Thanks Gary.

Appalling service! I bought my car on a Friday and took it to Victoria on Sunday (48 hours later). It broke down on the side of the road on the way back. I took it back to Ford the next morning and explained what happened to the salesman. He took me to the service department, said "sorry" and walked away. I explained what happened to the service department and was told to take it to the Chevrolet dealer. I took it to Harris Oceanside Chevrolet and was treated in a courteous and considerate manner. Then, they fixed the car. I won't set foot on the Ford lot again...nor do I recommend it to anyone else.
