Jacob and his dad are amazing super friendly. Highly recommended there super responsive and straight to it great prices not your typical sales guy trying to upsell anything just there to make you happy and comfortable. 5 stars just isn't enough should be 10 star auto thanks so much guys you rock!!!!

Had a great experience here today with Jacob. Very affordable, upfront and friendly. Not the sleezy used auto sales I would generally expect. Jacob picked me up from Nanaimo to come take a look at a truck I ended up purchasing. Looked like they had a great variety of cars on the lot too. Would highly recommend.

We have purchased many vehicles through the years, mostly from dealerships. Until now, I have never had such a pleasant experience when purchasing or selling a vehicle. Jacob and his dad, are hard working, honest and go above and beyond for their clients. We had a mechanical issue with our truck in the first week of our purchase. We broke down on the Hwy., and Jacob not only came to check it out, he took care of the tow truck and drove us all the way to our Ferry. He is working with us to get this repair done and we couldn't ask for more. Never have I had a dealer go the extra mile. He also sold our vehicle with 3 days of listing, and got us top dollar. I would recommend Five Star anytime and will return for future purchase or sales! Best experience ever.

The service was excellent. The vehicle was immaculate inside and out and Jacob's attention to detail was great. Lots of little things were already done to the vehicle to ensure there would be nothing that needed attention - ready to just drive off the lot. My car got hit parked in my driveway. I was stressed and not in the mindset to car shop. But, I found an ad on Kijiji for this car, which Jacob answered very promptly. He was kind, friendly, extremely patient and knowledgeable with all my questions/concerns. The car was detailed, cleaned and came with a pre-inspection from an outsider shop, which I appreciated that I didn't have to do.
