I purchased a truck from John, the owner.  It's not easy to find a reputable used vehicle dealership, and I have nothing but the best to say about Winchelsea Motors and staff.  Unfortunately, my vehicle had issues months after I purchased my truck.  This dealership went over and above to help and accommodate for these issues, at cost.  I would highly recommend Winchelsea Motors to anyone considering a used vehicle.  This is a 5 star company all around.  Thank you, Winchelsea Motors and staff!

Bought a car that they hadn’t inspected. Yes my bad. They still sold me the lubrico warranty. Seized brake calliper within a block. They replaced that.the one they replaced fell off while my wife was driving on the highway. Brought it back after I had it inspected by fountain tire with a bunch of codes and repairs that couldn’t be done by fountain tire. 5 weeks later their backyard mechanic says he can’t find anything other then an evap code. Owned the vehicle for 4 months put 700 kms on it and am still getting a lemon back. Greasy place. Don t recommend them. PS they gave our keys to their “daily guy” to drive it for a couple days.”make something happen.”

The truck I bought should not have been sold. Horrendous experience. The only good thing is the Lubrico warranty. If it wasn't for Lubrico I wouldn't have a truck! I will never buy from Winchelsea Motors again.

We spoke to the owner John and set up a rime to test drive a vehicle they had on the lot. John even took my name and number and informed me he would call if someone else was interested and offer first right of refusal. We just went in and asked about the vehicle. We were informed it was out on a extended test drive and wouldnt be back till Tuesday unless purchased. We informed the sales man of what John told us and the salesman called John in front of us. John then denied even having a conversation with me. The dealership was dirty and grimy and looked like a chop shop in the making. Disgusting presentation and terrible customer service. Just another greasy sales man not keeping his word and moving cars to whomever he possibly can.

Great little used car lot. Super friendly staff. Amazing warranty comes with all purchases. Go see them for a used vehicle.

Purchased my jeep from John about one year ago and today I had a little issue with it John got his car drove to where it was and in two minutes fixed it!  He made me feel safe an well taken care of so very thankful and will continue to purchase from this family business’. Thank you so much

The staff were friendly and low pressure. Glad we purchased the warranty. Within a month we’ve had to fix a major oil leak, replace a/c compressor, and now replace the battery. I thought the vehicle was thoroughly inspected before you sold it?  They also were going to replace the stereo head unit which was malfunctioning - but unfortunately never returned my call. I don’t think I’d buy here again.

Love this place. So far my family had bought 4 cars from them. Fair pricing, warranty, haven't had a bad car yet from there. They are also great at approving loans and payments aren't atrocious

posting for a friend This car lot sold a young mother a Toyota suv and lasted 2 days and had to be tow back to her house in port alberni she has called several times and they never return her calls .the frame is rusted out unsafe car shop said this should not of been sold this dealership needs to deal with this .
