Was recently at Spunky’s for an appointment to get new saddle bags. The service department was extremely helpful and friendly. They spotted a leak that was covered by warranty and made the time to fix it. I’m pretty new to riding so they spent extra time answering different questions I had about a variety of things. Very patient and happy people. Then there was Marg. She was extremely helpful in the clothing department, she immediately spotted how uncomfortable I was in my current riding pants. Found me a nice pair of Klim that matched my jacket. Very friendly and easy to chat with. Answered a multitude of questions and was extremely knowledgeable about all gear we literally looked at EVERYTHING Awesome place all around. We will be back of course!!

Excellent Customer service, went there to purchase a helmet the gentleman at the service desk was really helpful and patient. He found me the perfect helmet, I will recommend them all day. Looking forward to shopping with you guys again.

Without exaggerating I’d say my first service at Spunky’s was the worst mechanic/repair experience of my life.  Firstly, I was quoted over the phone roughly $700, when I picked up the quad the bill was for $1700 I would have never agreed to the work and I was told the quad wouldn’t be released until I pay it.  No call or notification that it would be over quote. Secondly, when I got the quad back there was a massive crack in the plastic fender with a huge rub mark, I showed them the damage and all they did was shrug, the quad was just repainted a couple weeks prior to service... LASTLY, when home and drove the quad off the trailer both the Speedo and 4x4 weren’t functioning so I got my quad back more broken than when it went in except with a massive hole in my pocket since then I’ve called them 3 times and all 3 times I’ve been told the mechanic is really busy and they’ll call me back, I still haven’t received that call yet. I will never take my quad there again or offer them any sort of service, I will tell every person that brings up that name to never go there.  Since they’re the only Kawasaki dealer on the mid island I’ll most likely be going Honda in the future to avoid Spunky’s.

Took my front tire into Spunky’s to get balanced, was charged for 20 min and was given a bill for $ 48.34. Ridiculous charges. Never again . $ 174.00 per hour to balance a tire ...really !!

Great place to get anything motorcycle. Lots of bikes and upstairs lots of clothes, helmets and accessories. Got some great winter gloves still cold enough for them even this May! And a fabulous new HJC full face helmet. Omg so comfortable and weather friendly. No more grit or rain in my eyes or vibrating goggles!

I called Demetri in parts a couple days ago to check and see if he could source some tires for my Kawasaki Z400. He said he would check and get back to me. As usual he called me back very quickly with a positive answer. He quite simply provides excellent service and know his stuff.

Very poor sales representative in the clothing section. I don't know if he still works there or not. I hope not. I was looking for riding gear and I wanted to try some things while they had a sale on and this old bald sales rep with glasses snapped at me and asked if I was there just to try on clothing just so I could buy it online. The man was very rude. Needless to say, I walked out and made my purchases at the Honda Powerhouse in Nanaimo instead. Now they have great staff and great service and they price match! Spunky's could learn a thing or two. I am giving an extra star because one of the parts advisors is very helpful. Other than that, I will be shopping elsewhere.

One of the few remaining good dealerships on the Island. Bought a Yamaha FZ1 way back in 2001 at the original location. Simon and the crew are always friendly and helpful. A good selection of riding gear for all riders and always a friendly greeting from Dmitri in parts.

I've been shopping and buying bikes and parts from Simon for years, he's always been great and accommodating to your needs. The staff are good as always, I'd recommend Spunkys to everyone and all motorcyclists.
