Paid for my car to be serviced and left with more problems than when I arrived. I went to the dealership last month, had a check engine light, and wanted one headlight bulb replaced. I told the guy working the front Todd that I am on a very tight budget, if it starts getting expensive just stop. I can only afford a certain amount. They nailed me almost $300 to connect their machine to the cars computer and replace a head light bulb. I spoke to Andy who is the managing partner and told them the door doesn't work to my car (rear), and now rear brake light issue. I asked for a refund. Andy and the service manager refused. I have emailed them and demanded refund, and they have refused. I will not be going back to this dealership and most likely have to sue in court now to get my money back and money to fix car. Very sad! I was expecting a lot better customer service.

Honesty and integrity in a car dealership is rare, but Harris proved themselves above the norm. With our purchase of a used car, the staff made every effort to ensure that our purchase was going to be a
mechanically sound and comfortable drive and it was done with class. Every whatnot knob and whatever valve was checked and rechecked and fixed as necessary. OK, I know I am not mechanical, but that is why I rely on an honest dealer who will back up what they sell. Thank you staff for going that extra mile. I will be back.

My husband and I have had only good experiences at Harris Oceanside Chevrolet. From our first visit almost a year ago we have been very pleased with their willingness to spend time with us as we explored the possibilities re purchasing a new car - a fully electric car. When we received word that one 2017 Bolt was to be available some time in the early spring, we jumped at the opportunity. Our thanks to Chris and others who kept us in the loop as we waited, and who always had time for our questions. Delivery was in April and we are thrilled with our purchase.

Just picked up our car from servicing. I’m so disappointed. Charged for a ‘required service’ that was not required (per chev) and they didn’t even bother washing it, after charging for unnecessary and unauthorized service. Wouldn’t recommend this dealer or service centre.
