iwa Spa Blue Mountain Village

I was blessed to have spent a couple hours at Iwa Spa Blue. The service and pampering here is wonderful. My massage therapist was a true pro and we worked out some deep issues in my hip. I got to enjoy the volcanic stone mediation room all on my own and it was truly memorable. The ions and heat made me feel a bit nauseous but I was incredible calm when I left. The shop is full of lululemon attire and unique spa products. Great spot in the village for some pampering with views of the hills. There are no water treatments or pools. There is no sauna. You are offered teas and a delicious dark chocolate caramel post service. I would recommend and return!! @linreviews on Instagram

Came here for a couples massage for the first time. I had never had a couples massage before but me and my boyfriend loved it. The experience was super nice. All the staff were super friendly and organized. Everything was right on time and well planned. The spa is bigger than I thought and so cute! I had Bianca and he had Pamela and they were both amazing. I highly recommend coming here for a spa day. After our massage we got to lounge for a bit and got to pick a drink to sip on. The experience was very nice and I would definitely go back whenever I am in Blue Mountain again:!

Michelle and her team made us feel at home during our 2 day experience. We had proseco during our pedicures you get to bring your own little pedicure pack home, relaxation massages, and spent time in the soothing volcanic rock room. When checking out we discovered the most amazing feel good boutique. Spent some time and more money on some great items. Staff members are highly knowledgeable and eager to help if you have questions. If you get the chance to go do it! Totally worth the expense. A day filled with the best self indulgence options.

Staff was incredibly friendly. Bought a RMT massage for my husband and I. Each of our masseuse, Michael and Bob, were incredibly attentive and made sure that our experience was relaxing, comfortable and amazing. Highly recommend, such a great way to unwind. 10/10

Enjoyed the infrared lava rock after the treatment. Not worth the price. Not a relaxing experience. The spa atmosphere was very mechanical feeling. Instead of being relaxing when you enter, it is made to feel as though you are being processed. I understand that there are many appointments at a time, but for the price being paid I expected the whole process to be holistic and relaxing. It felt the same way after the massage as well. The massage was only okay, I was surprised when the masseuse asked about any areas of preference for the treatment, which seemed to do nothing. The masseuse was however did ask throughout the massage if the pressure was okay. The best part of the experience was the infrared lava rock relaxation. I would recommend this. Overall, I would not suggest going to this massage parlor as there are certainly better options available for less money. Unless you are going just for the infrared.

We had a wonderful experience at Iwa Spa for a Hot Stone Massage. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The massage was fabulous. The hot stones helped to warm up the muscles and made for a very enjoyable massage. The facilities are beautiful. The Volcanic Rock rooms are a great addition to the offered services. I was surprised that the Volcanic Rock room was private as I expected it to be with a group of people and it featured a guided meditation. There are some great services such as our coats being placed in garment bags and ready for us at the exit. These touches made our spa experience feel very luxurious. Thanks for the great visit! We would love to visit again soon!

Beautiful spa. I didn't enjoy my first treatment and was given a discount and encouraged to come back. Before my weekend ended I came back and had a lovely experience. The staff are absolutely lovely and the spa is clean. I gave one Les star because I think the price is a tad high for one hour treatment $175 +tax and gratuity and they don't offer treatments shorter than one hour! I will absolutely be back!

I’m not one to leave reviews on services I’ve received, but I have to with this beautiful spa. I was given a wonderful gift by friends and family that I used for a spa package here. I spent 4.5 hours with Jessica who provided a relaxing massage and facial and then later after my volcanic rock meditation a pedicure. Jessica was professional friendly and so inviting. I felt like we were friends by the time I left. The products that IWA uses are beautiful high quality. My skin feels so soft and hydrated. I liked the products so much I purchased some of them. All of the staff that I came in contact with were so friendly helpful and passionate about what they do. I love that. I think that shows great ownership. Thank you for an amazing afternoon.

I can not say enough about this fabulous spa! From the moment you walk in you start to relax and unwind. Their team of professionals are welcoming, knowledgeable and super friendly. They guide you through the entire experience! The Volcanic rock is an amazing experience, I was guided through a mediation that was so relaxing!!! Can’t wait to come back!

I am not one to leave reviews usually but I I am extremely bothered by this. My dad gave me a gift certificate for the air package in August I booked with them on October 18 but switched to the water package because I was under the impression it was less expensive and my remaining dollars would be used in the gift shop. Over the phone when booking the lady assured me that the package I was switching to was cheaper than the one on the gift certificate. However when checking out I was told that their prices had gone up and they would not honour the price that my dad bought the gift certificate for resulting in me having to pay a difference of about $60. The gift certificate also came with $20 voucher to use in the gift shop and I don’t believe that was redeemed either. I also bought a Lululemon sweater so I ended up having to pay over $200. The lady at the desk did not empathize with my situation because the prices just didn’t add up to me and I was not going in thinking I was going to be spending money. My suggestion to you is when people are booking over the phone and they have a gift certificate it would be helpful for them to know how much the gift certificate is worth or at the very least honour the price that it was sold at for the package that was purchased because it is not my dad‘s fault or my fault that you raise your prices since the gift certificate was purchased. The massage and facial were great but check out kind of ruin the experience for me this will be my first and last experience at the Iwa spa
