Hands down the best. We have owned our hot tub for 2.5 years now. We were totally new to owning a hot tub. Every step of the way has been excellent. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable! Matt was patient and helpful through our research and purchasing phase. These guys don’t stop there! At every point we’ve needed a hand when getting used to changing and balancing the water, caring for our tub and everything in between, the advice, service and support has remained stellar. We can’t recommend them enough!

100% recommend Artic spa Collingwood. Matt was extremely informative when we were purchasing our first tub. Since the tub arrived, I have had many concerns and issues caused by my own lack of knowledge with balancing my chemicals and keeping clear water. Matt has more than helpful getting my on the right track and teaching me how to properly dispense chemicals and balance out my tub. Customer service seems to be a top priority with the location.

We purchased the Timberwolf model from Artic Spa, Collingwood, in the spring of 2021 and were sincerely impressed with the quality of both their products … and personnel at that time. We encountered our first small problem with the spa ‘s heating unit yesterday and had a service rep on site first thing this morning, and our problem resolved under warranty by noon. Thank you Artic Spa for again reminding us why your brand … and your people … are held in such high regard.

These guys are the best. We have an old jaccuzzi hot tub and needed a mechanical thermostat. We went to another hot tub store in Collingwood and they told us it would cost a thousand dollars for the part. Like a doctor I thought what about a second opinion. Thats when we met these wonderful guys from arctic spas. They knew right away what we needed and it was 100.00 and it came in within a week and they even explained how to put it in. Great job it works wonderful. We will be customers for life. If you want a no BS experience these are the guys thanks a million will tell everyone

Recently had our hot tub moved by 'Collingwood Artic Spa. Went off with out a hitch. Called for some help with the spa boy and had it all set up in a day. Thanks Kari!

Recently moved and with our new home came a Coyote branded hot tub. As a new hot tub user the staff was knowledgeable and helpful with my needs.

Service is terrible. I would never buy a hot tub from this company. They simply do not have the ability to service them. Service comes out of Southampton 1-1/2 hours from Collingwood.

Great experience. Highly recommend.
