Room was well sized though we did think we were booking a suite with kitchen, so be careful with that on the web. Friendly reception and very courteous throughout. Room service was good. Pool is heated but set at a (very) cool temperature so that was a disappointment for our kids. Well located for all the local amenities. Price was good, based on a last minute deal. If I had paid a lot more might have given this 3*.

We recently stayed at this hotel in a 3 bedroom villa with 2 other couples. We were looking for a place to hold us all with a kitchen we could cook meals it. The villa provided that. Upon entering the villa it was absolutely disgusting. The carpets were filthy. There was holes in the walls. It was clear that it had been used and abused by previous guests and not maintained. The shower was full of hair. The shower curtains had mold on them. The dishes provided were barely cleaned. The televisions were so old and poor quality. The couches were super dirty. We did our own clean up to make it a little more livable. The breaking point for us was the police seals that were still stuck on the doors to the front and back of the unit. They were dated from Jan 27 2018. Cleary some sort of investigation occurred in this room and the management was too lazy to even have someone take the seals off the windows. What happened is this room? Death, drug use ?? Who knows. When I asked the front desk they said they had no idea what that was about and that nothing they knew of had happened in the room. For $650 For 2 nights this place was not worth it. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere nicer. I won't be back.

Room was well sized. Friendly reception and very courteous throughout. Room service was good. Well located for all the local amenities. Price was good, based on a last minute deal. Not the best internet connection in the room.

It was much like a murder mystery adventure. One from the 80's I'm thinking... Due to the uneven floors, dirty stained carpet, moss growing on the soffit + roof and linoleum flooring. Very dated unit. We had broken police crime scene seals affixed to our front and rear doors. I asked the front desk what horrific crime occurred in our Villa. The employee was miffed. Guess a call to the OPP would be the only way to find out! Seriously speaking out wives had a tough time sleeping while thinking about who might have died in there. Best spend your money elsewhere!

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of days. Staff were friendly and hotel was generally ok. The rooms were very outdated with furniture and carpets showing their age. We had the one bedroom condo and were surprised that there was no TV in the bedroom. The restaurant in the lobby looks nice but the prices seemed expensive so we did not go. Internet worked well and they offer free parking. Overall a solid 3 star hotel.
