Living Water Resort & Spa

Wow..what a place!!! Big and airy suites. Very nice kitchens..full kitchens that is. The pool area was nice. There were lifeguards on duty during business hours. The bed was king-sized and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was bright and big. We called down to the front desk for extra towels and the like, and the service was prompt and friendly. I was sad to leave.

There are recently renovated rooms and older rooms, make sure you ask for a renovated one while booking. We had some issues with our (old) rooms condition as far as cleanliness, but this staff very near literally tried to bend over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. Always polite and willing to help. I judge places based on bad experiences and how they handle them as a true test of the business. Any place can be good when there are no issues, but having issues and addressing them to the best of your ability is excellent service (which this was). If you didn't know there is childcare on site provided by some very nice ladies extremely reasonable rate (was $15/h/family!). So treat yourself to a date night!

Living water resort is a cozy distance away from Blue Mountain, and is situated beside a lake. It is situated just off the main road, allowing for easy access. Upon arrival though, the service was a little disappointing as our booked room was still not available at check-in time. They were accommodating with an upgraded room, after a fair amount of waiting. The room was very pleasantly furnished, and spacious. They have an earlier check out time of 10am, but other than that, it was generally a nice stay.

We were in Collingwood for a few days and visited the spa here. It was so easy to book with them (even short notice-one day before!). Staff were excellent, changing rooms were clean and they accepted vouchers without any issues. I would highly recommend the aqua path!

This is a beautiful place for vacations. It provides a lot of facilities. The rooms are so beautiful and well furnished. Everything is available in the room with two beds and a small kitchen as well as a washroom. I really like this place.
