Jim is really nice and very responsive by email. However, when I asked a quote price to replace the screen of my Surface Pro3, he quoted me 370 "all included" but he forgot to mention that he did not include the taxes, I ended up paying 425$. That would be fine if he fixed the issue. When I picked up the laptop there was a huge space between the screen and the core components. When I mentioned it to him, he said "even the original screen was the same, you just did not notice" ; which is obviously not true! I mentioned that the space would cause a problem, but he assured it would be just fine. Not to my surprise the screen broke just when I arrived home. When contacted, Jim that the breakage was a physical damage not included in the 90 day part guarantee! My advice, use KSK Computers. They quoted me a full price 480.00$ which was higher at first glance. But they advised me to buy a used surface, which in hindsight would have been a better option!!

Fast and quick. He can open your computer and diagnose it immediately in front you. No need to wait. And he can repair some chips on the mainboard. However, just open my laptop and diagnose it cost me $49 without tax. It is free for other computer store. So only if you are urgent to use your computer and not care about money, you can choose this one.

This guy is crazy good and honest. Mac keyboard got a spill about a week ago, went to the Apple store, they told me I should be expected to pay 300$ min without tax. I took my laptop to Jim, gave me a fair estimate. Picked it up today, it costed me half of what Apple was asking and he also cleaned my motherboard for 60$. Really nice guy, honest, reliable and fast service.

i was travel to montreal for few days, my laptop was broken at that time so find i-tech on google.I brought it in and they fixed it in same day. what a good and fast service. I really appreciate for it.

Went on Feb 3, 2018. My problem was that my touchpad was no longer working. I had tried all kinds of solutions on the web: reinstalling windows, driver uninstall and reintall, pushing FN+F9, nothing worked. Finally, he solved my problem in 1 hour and for a reasonable price. Would recommend heartily. Will go to him again.
