It was an okay experience. The staff got my order wrong. The girl who was waiting on me wanted to know if I wanted a waffle cone or bowl. I asked her for a bowl with sprinkles. I got the Halloween Boo Cream. It was okay. For me, it was a little too sweet. It was not worth the 8.75 I paid for it.
Ice cream was great as always. Love that they have separated stones to make your order when you have an allergy.
Very rude workers when we were just there tonight, slow to take order even though it wasn't busy and workers talking smack as we left about how we were paying with a gift card and didn't know not to swipe where the credit cards goes. Also, pretty sure they overcharged us but never gave us a receipt so can't verify. Won't be returning to this location, need to work on customer service.
So...we come from 40 minutes away show up at 6:58pm when they close at 7pm... and they deny 5 people and I to get ice cream. They were very rude about it. If they would have been decent about it and not rude I would not be leaving a bad review. The customer service was awful. The people that were working were on 7/5 evening crew if they have different shifts that is were very disrespectful.

Amazing customer service above and beyond. Good honest people making the people of this area happy and smile with Ice cream. The ice cream is always a huge hit.
Long lines during rush hour but man it’s worth the wait! Always very friendly and positive staff. Quick with their great customer service. Place always seems to be very tidy and clean! Only wish there was more seating either inside or outside! The mall should provide those little tables like they do all in the canyon area.
My friends took me there with loving their ice cream. we went around 5 min before closing and they did not take order with making fun of us. My first attempt on buying ice cream in USA. anyway only I time catch good one and thought it will be the same. Went other times asking for cone. don't have it don;t wanna make it and just gives you attitude. I left many times because of that. Probably not gonna attempt to buy from there because last time when I eat my regular order which is yogurt cherry. It had funny taste. I have to give last person her right. she didn't have cone said it will take 20 min and she about to finish her time. she cracked kid cone into ice cream and that helped the taste a lot. last summer workers was irritating and rude. I do not know what it went bad every time.
One of the best ice cream shops I know of. The combinations of ice cream seem unlimited. The staff prepares the ice cream in a unique way and offer a selection of different toppings as well. The interior reminds me of an old school ice cream shop from the 70s. If you haven't tried this place out, you must! It's very cozy inside and relaxing for sure.
Ice cream is good here, but it is pricey. Staff was somewhat overwhelmed with our order, since we have seven family members, but their positioning within the mall is smart due to it being right where Macys is; also where one of the parking exits is. Recommend.
