Had 3 ultrasounds booked and all technicians were efficient, competent and friendly. Front desk knew my appointments would be over the 2 hour parking limit so she forwarded my vehicle description and license plates to the patrols so I wouldn't be ticketed. People were in and out with their appointments quickly. Clinic is also very clean and I witnessed staff sanitizing chairs which I really appreciated. First time here and I'll have to say I am very impressed. Thanks for a great experience.
I was recently at the Medical Imaging Centre on 156 St and 95 Ave to have an echocardiogram done. I found all the staff to be very quick. polite, professional, friendly and efficient in their given duties. Their focus was on providing excellent customer service, and they more than met their mark. I will be recommending this particular location to people that I know.
Slow slow slow. I arrived 15 minutes early for an early morning appointment, and still had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time. Whenever I go to any other Insight location with an appointment I went in within 5 minutes of my appointment time. This is not an acceptable level of service, especially when I see walk-ins being examined before me. What's the point of making an appointment if they won't be even close to the specified time? I will never use this location again if at all possible.
I did all of my ultrasound at the clinic since my pregnancy started . I really liked the place and that’s why I came there without any hesitation but I had really bad experience with my last ultrasound . I really had a bad experience with one of the ultrasound technicians and I went to front desk and complained about it . The technician was extremely rude and didn’t bother to give any proper answer to questions, and a very big lack of therapeutic communication to me and my husband. All the other technicians were really nice and helped me understand things throughout the processs . With my last ultrasound I literally were scared to ask her anything because she just don’t wanted to give any answers or ask any questions . I asked her is my baby okay she just said I don’t know ask your doctor . I believe that isn’t the way of saying things .I hope everybody should be treated equally and professionally.
All the staff here were incredibly nice and courteous. Facility is clean and accessible. Elevator is available for those with mobility concerns, and several accessible parking stalls. The rest of the parking was taking though so I had to park a block over and walk. The terra losa location might be better if you have a stroller and kids to wrangle.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Running 6-7 minutes overtime for my appointment, they take the next person in. I have a 4 year old, so sometimes things come up, I explained that. Told them I had to go to work by 9am, and they didn’t say that would be a problem. Arrived at 7:52 and did not get into an ultrasound room until 8:30. The lady at the front did not seem to care about anything. As a single mother, I can only take so much time off work from a new job. Will never come back to this location. MIC is a way better clinic, and I forget why I gave insight another chance.
Cancelled an appointment online. Kept getting reminders and instructions. Called and waited on hold for 40 minutes to cancel again. Horrible experience. These people should be ashamed on themselves.
The receptionist was VERY sweet and friendly. There was a mix up with what was checked off but she sorted it out and got everything figured out for me. The first ultrasound lady was beyond sweet. The second ultrasound tech was a little rough around the edges unfortunately, and the xray tech was friendly. It's a very clean establishment. I've been here a couple times now and this last one was my favorite experience.
My experience with the call staff was wonderful, I needed the earliest appointment and surprisingly got the very next day! West end has complimentary parking for customers for 2hrs so that’s handy. They are in the lower level floor akin to a basement, it’s bright and accessible via elevator if you can’t handle one flight of stairs. The reception staff attended to me promptly and were friendly. My technician Josh was very professional, patient and attentive. He explained the procedure and expected length of time. I am happy with the service. Thank you!
Extremely polite staff. Very nice and clean and welcoming environment. I visited for my 1st Ultrasound, it was a really great experience. The Reception, Technologist and everyone were so kind and professional, I was a bit nervous but they made me comfortable.
