I really enjoyed the service at meadowlark Insight. I would chose all the young ladies in reception to be my granddaughters. The treatment examination staff were Amazing and kind. My only issue as a elder We live a few hours north of Edmonton in the bush. My Suggestion. If There was a page or spot on this your home page where we could fill in a form to set up a appointment. My wife and I have been trying to get through for 2 days. Thank you.
Every person I encountered were kind, professional and lovely people. The gentleman conducting the bone scan was outstanding and thorough, arranging for an immediate X-ray at the sister clinic in the mall. He went above and beyond and I am truly grateful to him. He saw me as a person, not a task to get through. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic.
Worst place to go for an MRI. Nurses are not well trained with post- chemo patients and it's fine veins. I got many bruises because they didn't find my veins. You probably go well hydrated before they try to insert needles on you. On top of that they didn't copy the results to my oncologist, so I have to call their office to request it. In the meantime, it was a waisting of time for my husband and myself going to see the oncologist and she couldn't see me without these results. We left our jobs earlier for the his appointment and we paid $950 out of our pockets. So, no consideration from Insight to me. My mistake was trusting on Insight's commitment. From now and beyond I will go to MIC as they never fail on their job and professionalism. The intention of this review is not looking at the negative aspects of it. The positive aspects is that we always have the option to improve our commitment with our jobs and the patients. 1. Staff were kind and helpful 2. I paid out of pocket. 3. I am a high risk individual with immune dysfunction and therefore avoid contact with people. The techicians do not wear masks and were at points 2-3 feet face to face with me. This did not make me feel safe and it is highly concerning since it is a medical facility and vulnerable individuals routinely attend medical facilities out of necessity. 4. The front end staff work masks thank you 5. I expected to be put into a more accurate MRI machine for one of my scans but someone else was in it during my appointment so they couldn't. Instead the scan was done in the same MRI machine as the other one. I hope this doesn't affect the quality of the images.
This is a great place for medical imaging appointments. Booking my appointment is so easy and their friendly staff made such a positive customer experience for me . Once I arrived, my medical services were fast and performed in a very clean specialized room. I highly recommend going to Insights in Meadowlark for a top notch experience.
Very thankful to Insight Medical Imaging for getting me in the day after my doctor sent the requisition. They were so accommodating of my upcoming travel plans and the fact that I am from out of town. My doctor received my results promptly and was able to put my mind at ease, I will be able to enjoy my holiday much more now! Thank you to my tech who was fantastic, I didn’t get his name however! Great experience.
Very efficient service. I had two exams - from getting there to finishing it was very efficient and smooth and quick transition from first to second. Technicians were excellent in making me fell comfortable with procedures.
As part of my pre-surgery prep, I had to have a Mammogram guided "wire insertion" procedure, as well as a radioactive injection. We arrived quite early and I was *very* anxious when I arrived at the Clinic as I didn't know what to expect. I held up my ID to the Receptionist through the plexi-glass and she was very kind. After I was taken to the Mammogram room, my fear and anxiety disappeared very quickly thanks to the two highly competent and caring team of mammogram Techs, Dayna and Kim. They were so positive, kind and supportive and talked me thoroughly, efficiently and respectfully through every aspect of the procedures. The Radiologist Dr. Singh who did the procedures is a true Pro, the procudures were so fast. Kudos and thank-you to this great team of Professionals at Insight Meadowlark. They really helped to set a positive caring tone for my surgery day.
The MRI team is incredible at this clinic! They were extraordinarily kind and helpful. They work to a very high standard and ensure the images are very clear while still managing to balance speed and efficiency I noted, especially compared to hospitals. They really care about your specific needs and talk you through the procedures before you go in as well. Also, the place is very very clean! I saw them wiping down all the equipment with much care. And Reed, in particular, is a fantastic technician. He is very altruistic and empathetic, and went out of his way to talk about how everything works and help out even when he didn't have to which I really appreciated. I would highly, highly recommend getting an MRI from here if you need one!!!
We have an appointment at 8am. The staff asked us to come 15 minutes early so they can help us on time. We arrived here exactly 15 minutes earlier. They took us for exactly at 8am for test. Booking an appointment the test paper and staff informed us that it will approximately take 45 minutes to complete. Alhamdullah Praises to The Creature our test was completed within 48 minutes. Thanks for your exceptional service.
